Horrible non existant service,
was told everyday they are coming the next day and then cancelling last minute. Meanwhile I had to miss work.
I now asked for a replacement machine for a brand new washing machine. No respect for the customers - shocking during these times!

Edit: apparently my appointment was 10 days later. And the mechanic only calls a day before for the appointment. So I didn't wait long enough and ended up going to another mechanic. However, I am updating my review because the team was nice enough to follow up and figure out what went wrong. Always good to see your voice heard as a customer. Much appreciated.

Technician didn't fix dishwasher machine, because he couldn't handle three small pieces of double sided scotch to get the panel off. He charged 70€ for nothing and proposed me to find someone to remove kitchen panel and call back and pay additional +70€ to come again. Other company technician fixed it in 3 seconds without any questions.

Update: there was a follow up on my experience and another technician was offered to make a reassessment on the condition that the charge would be reversed if the assessment was different by the new technician or else the charge would be 2x.
The technical person came, looked at the dishwasher for 5 minutes, and said that it could not be fixed. I paid 75 euros even though they came two days later than what the appointment was fixed for. I had already communicated the problem before hand. If the technician already knew that it could not be fixed why did they come to tell me this in person for 5 minutes and charge me the whole fee? They did not open the system or even try. So they already knew the diagnosis beforehand?

We have requested a repair for our dishwasher which gives an error code related to a leaking problem. This is the repair number: 241200215116.
The repairman is Danny.
Apparently, the 69 euros on the website is the starting cost, and the extra time spent costs 19,5 euros per 10 minutes. He opened the undercover of the dishwasher and cleaned the water in it then ran the machine to check the leaking. However, that run didn't report any error code and he couldn't find the leaking position. In the end, the repair cost 114,99 euros in total and he said we could contact him if the problem happens again. Note the website indeed mentioned there is a 3-month guarantee.
On Saturday (two days later), we ran the machine again (this is the second time we ran the machine after calling the repairement). The error code shows up again. We had to remove the cover and we saw the water again at the bottom of the machine. We contacted Danny and explained the problem still exists.
Unfortunately, the reply from the "experienced" repairman is very disappointing and not professional at all. He directly suggested that we replace the machine (only 3.5 years old) with a new one, despite that we told him that we had found the leaking position and we needed him to come to fix it as a guarantee.
This reply is so unacceptable so we have to report it to the company Witgoed Brigade to explain it and we would like to get our money back since the problem is not solved.
They contacted us back quickly and had a good attitude to solve the problem. The solution they proposed: separate the bill into half and we pay half to have the repairman visit us.
It is not a fully satisfying solution for us TBH, because we paid 57 euros for no solution. However, they did mention that if a repairman visits us again more costs may occur due to the time they may need to spend to find the problem and fix it. Since we had lost the trust at that moment we didn't want to have another repairman with no cost limit.
Therefore we have accepted the proposal and we want to tell the whole experience here.

We have contacted the service from our dishwasher brand, and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes (they have a maximum cost for the fix) with a guarantee that if the same error happens they come again at no cost.
I am not saying this is always the best solution but just read carefully and search carefully before making decisions.
The comment we want to give and the lesson we learned are as follows:
- The company Witgoed Brigade had a responsible attitude to solve the problem. We appreciate that. It is a platform to help finding experienced workman for the problems we have instead of a maintenance service of the machines we have. We should have understood the difference.
- However, the experienced levels of the staff in the company are not always guaranteed. We understand the difficulty, but we hope they can involve more effort to give the customer a good experience.
- For the users, we should read carefully the cost from the website and note that the time spent in testing whether the machine works or not is also included in the bill. There is no cost limit to solve the problem.

Very worst experience with Murat, the technician chosen to repair my dishwasher.
The 1st time he came and substituted a piece that was not necessary and the dishwasher continued to not work after 10 minutes he left the house. I tried to call him immediately but he did not pick up.
In the following days I finally reached him on the phone and invited to come back as the dishwasher still did not work.
After one week and thanks to a man from the client service, he came and he understood that the problem was the motor and not the piece by substituted.
The technician did nothing, flipped my washing machine’s door hook and said “it is not working”.
I paid 70€ for basically nothing…
