I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the recent repair of our washing machine.

We were charged €205 for replacing the front rubber seal. However, we had already purchased and provided the rubber ourselves, so the service only involved the installation.

According to the pricing information on your website, the cost for this type of service is stated as €69 all-inclusive. The final amount we were charged is therefore significantly higher than what was advertised, and this discrepancy was not clearly communicated to us beforehand.

Could you please clarify:

Why the total charge amounted to €205 when the part was supplied by us?

What additional costs were included in this amount as its a bit unclear?

Based on the information available on your website, we believe the charge is excessive and would appreciate a review of the invoice. If an error has been made, we kindly request an adjustment or partial refund.

Bad service, wasted time and money

The only good thing was that the repairman came in the very next day and that the only good thing

The repairman didn’t speak English (but that’s not his problem) and even though I selected “dishwasher” on the form, I wrote “washing machine” in the description so the repairman was surprised that I wanted a dishwasher repaired

He tried to fix the issue but he almost broke my cabinets in the process and in the end, he wasn’t able to help and he asked me to pay him either with cash or bank transfer, no invoice, no report…..nothing

Overall very bad experience from that particular repairman, but I definitely won’t be recommending this website to anyone
