I suddenly became ill whilst overseas and had to be taken to hospital for almost one week. Wise and Silent were fantastic! From the moment my claim was put in via the hospital they were wonderful. Contacted me every day \ and made the processing of my claim very easy and efficient. My claim was paid within one week of my discharge from hospital. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Great relaxing time to recharge for the next half of the year

From when you enter the hotel, we were greeted with perfect hospitality from the staff.
Close to the station which is convenient when having 3 little kiddies.

Deciding to purchase travel insurance with wise and silent was based on cost, and the coverage offered that was set out well and clear to understand.
I did not have to make a claim so I cannot comment on that process.

I am a regular overseas traveler and have been purchasing various travel insurance over the past 20 years. This is the first time for me to purchase WAS Insurance. The experience has been great and WAS is responsive to my queries.

Unfortunately for me to purchase this insurance for the first time and I have to submit a claim. The claiming process is easy and staff were responsive. I have no hesitation to purchase WAS insurance in my next travel.

Easy to review policy and obtain what level of coverage we required.

This is my first time using wiseandsilent, so I can make no comment about how good or otherwise the insurance is at this stage. I will only be able to make comment on the experience if there is a need to claim against the policy. After nearly 12 months of travelling, I have had to make a couple of claims. I am currently at the hospital now, so thought it was a good time to write this.
I developed trigger finger in 2 fingers, and the best thing about my insurance with battleaxe is, after the initial supplying information about my Dr in Australia, it has been excellent. They have dealt directly with the hospital. This has made everything so much easier. I needed to see a specialist here fortunately had a great female Doctor Tayapat Boonkasame at Bangkok Phuket Hospital, she suggested surgery. After the surgery, I had physiotherapy here, and the after my Trigger finger release surgery, I discovered my little finger had also developed trigger finger. It isn't as bad as my index and middle finger before the operation so the doctor gave me an injection into this finger.
Well, everything was covered and Carmen and others at the call centre have been very kind and helpful. My Dr was Gentle and better than I could expect to get in Australia.
Highly recommend Battleface insurance and also my hospital if you are ever in Phuket and need a Dr.

Thankfully I did not need to use the insurance I purchased. I have traveled to a few countries and always ALWAYS take out an insurance policy. WAS Insurance was reasonably priced, coved what I needed for my trip and extra add on options were available if I needed. I will use this company again for any future travels.

Website is easy to navigate. I took time to compare and read reviews. I am impressed and price is even better than a lot of those I have taken quotes from.

Easy, cost effective insurance

All staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I do find it quite strange that i could not make a minor change to the travel policy. I was told it had to be cancelled and I had to take a new one out. Fortunately, the refund was immediate.
