We are yet to travel, however I had needed dates for our upcoming travel adjusted. I had emailed at 830pm and had updated itineraries same night by 930pm. Customer Service was really amazing.

I only bought insurance for our kids
I only bought insurance for our kids, I have happily traveled extensively without it.
Since we didn't have any incidents we never got to see if WAS actually paid out, but their premiums were vastly cheaper than most other quotes.

Your insurance looks good and comprehensive. However, every time I got a quote, it was a different price. I still purchased it though as your rates are reasonable.

Great Price, great inclusions and very easy signup.
BEST OF ALL - They were there when we needed them. Ugent Medical assistance needed while overseas. The medical and support team went "way above and beyond" In a time of distress they were an "Oasis in the desert" keeping in touch regularly and making all arrangements rapidly & seamlessly
Thank goodness WAS was our insurer.

Would recommend and use again
Very competitive pricing with policies that included all the essentials and more. Was easy to navigate the website and find all the information we needed.
Thankfully we didn't need to claim anything but trust that if we did, it would have been easy to do so.
