Great but more importantly so gentle on skin , i have the fabric conditioner i use very little . I found the detergent so good iv ordered 2x the detergent and still more then pleased value for money, has I not buying other brands and giving them away. Must have for anyone that's need gentle washing detergent.

I recently purchased a three of these promotional packs, first arrived with the box battered, and one of the fabric conditioners leaking slightly, I then purchased another, I got a message off Evri to say that box was damaged and couldn’t be delivered, the replacement was sent and again the box was in a terrible condition when it arrived.

Overall the product is great cannot fault it, the Cedarwood being the best in my opinion.

However, having seen firsthand how parcels are handled at an Evri distribution centre, it’s clear the packaging isn’t robust enough to withstand transit with them. It’s a shame, as the product is great, but the delivery issues make it too much hassle to rely on as a regular purchase

The products were well worth it, given out some of the ones bought , which were all the different scents. The only reason I didn’t give the five stars was the packaging and condition they were when I received the delivery, very poor and leakage. A bit off putting to buy again. Had two separate deliveries and both were messy.

The product is not only safe for users but good for the environment.
My house keeper also now uses the products as she said its the best smell when doing Ironing.
I have been recommending the products to all my friends and relatives since a chance sample offer at Chelsea Flower show.
Price amazing. service excellent as I can place an 0rder and it turns up the next day.

Love this product, I use the patchouli scent. I use it for special items, like handwashing cashmere jumpers, and they smell divine. Also the delivery was the day after I ordered so well impressed. Very glad this advert came up on my Facebook algorithm!

Absolutely shocking experience.

Ordered a set of products which arrived damaged and leaking everywhere — not exactly what you expect when you’re paying for something new. Fair enough, mistakes happen… but this is where it gets worse.

They sent a replacement, which I thought would sort it. Instead, it turned up with completely different bottle tops — and somehow managed to leak just as badly as the first one. Two deliveries, same issue. At that point it’s not bad luck, it’s clearly a quality control problem they haven’t got a handle on.

Then comes the real kicker… after sending out two faulty orders, the best they could offer was a 50% refund, because the replacement was apparently a “gesture of goodwill”. I’m sorry, what? Replacing a faulty item isn’t goodwill — it’s the bare minimum.

So I’ve paid for products I can’t properly use, dealt with the hassle twice, and I’m still expected to swallow half the cost.

Poor products, poor packaging, and even worse customer service. Wouldn’t go near them again.

Wilton are a lovely business to deal with, postage was prompt.
Bith the washing liquid and conditioner smell divine, I choose Cedarwood.
Clothes were clean and soft after conditioning. I would recommend a try.

Love, love, love Wilton washing liquid and conditioner. Clothes smell amazing but not overpowering, smell and feel clean and fresh after every wash, unlike some products which make clothes feel ‘clogged’ with product. Wilton is definitely my go to washing products with fast delivery too.

Lovely product. They use unreliable delivery company. Parcels going missing. Arrive at wrong address. Wilton London very slow to address any issues. It’s not a good service when you subscribe, have paid but no product.

The laundry liquid & conditioner smell amazing as well as washing clothes well. The Lavender and the Santal are our favourites (can’t decide between them!). The new style of bottles are great and the refills are excellent value.

Wilton products are just lovely and leave your laundry smelling wonderful . No harsh chemicals used which is important. Customer service is always exemplary

I tried this product out of curiosity and fell in love! I am using the Cedarwood products which smell divine, it’s such a great scent. I’m thrilled to bits that I’ve found Wilton and will continue to use their products. I urge you to do the same! Carolyn

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item...I emailed the company on the evening to explain my error. I was instantly refunded that same evening ... Amazing customer service... I re ordered the correct fragrance
( Cedarwood ) which I love and would highly recommend.

I love this product. It cleans clothes well and smell wonderful, nothing about the fragrance feels manufactured just the smell of lavender.

Saw ad on Facebook and checked their owning website , ordered Santal liquid and conditioner. No issues with ordering or Evri. Have to say I’m not overly enamoured yet- it has a strong perfumey scent rather than “ luxurious “ and I feel I prefer a “ clean laundry” scent rather than a heavy perfume . Maybe a picked the wrong combo ?it’s not bad just not for me on this occasion

Absolutely lovely smells from the melts. Burning my sample of sweet pee. I can truly say the scent is unbelievable! Not over powering at all. But my hallway smells devine
