Dog likes most of the selection packs but not the food containing fish, as others have mentioned it would be great if a tailor made selection packs were available as I don't have space to store the minimum orders of single flavours that my dog likes.

Brilliant service
After order being delivered to wrong address by In Post and them being rubbish at sorting it Wilson’s were fantastic - they sent out a replacement order which arrived following day and were so apologetic even though mistake was not theirs - excellent service and dog loves the food!

I recently raised some feedback with Wilson’s regarding frustrations I had with their existing customer reward system. After a few emails back and forth, Tasha took the time to call me personally to discuss my concerns.
I was really impressed by her candour, openness and genuine commitment to understanding things from a customer’s perspective. It was refreshing to have such an honest conversation and to feel that my feedback was being properly listened to rather than simply acknowledged.
I came away from the conversation feeling genuinely valued as a long-standing customer and confident that Wilson’s is a company that takes customer feedback seriously and is willing to listen and improve.

The food is very good
The food is very good, my dog is 14.9 and thriving on it, he has healthy stools and overall loves it. I heat the pouches up a bit in microwave to get all the juices out, especially the lamb one. Good customer service and fast delivery to the highlands.

Was disappointed with delivery
Was disappointed with delivery, was told it was on its way, then was told it was delayed ….so slight delay, when my dog was in desperate need as she’s very poorly did stress me out a bit.

Food is fine for my dog ATM but the size of her stools have actually been quite odd. They are 4-5 times bigger than what they use to be throughout the day.
Also very annoying the large amount of dust in the bag gets towards the end I am getting like 1kg in just dust alone.
Delivery is great just need to figure out what's going on with her stools and I'm not over feeding at all she maintenance very well on it

I took out a subscription in error. A bit tricky to cancel on line but Tasha in Customer services sorted it out for me quickly and conscientiously.
The dog food is great but my little dog is a bit fussy and so I just need to buy as and when.

Good quality food but slow service and less value for money
We are trialing Wilson's due to the Years product recall. My chihuahuas have very sensitive tummies and they really like some of the flavours (not the chicken or beef and fish). However customer service is really slow, it takes days to get an answer to an email and my subscription was charged on 14th but as of 16th it's still not been dispatched. Perhaps I've been spoiled by Years very fast and attentive service, speedy delivery and prompt communication. They also provide free high quality supplements with subscriptions where as Wilson's charge extra for this and their food is more expensive too. I do like Wilson's product and we're trying new flavours. I'm just not sure it is an ideal alternative to Years, yet.

I’m sorry to hear that our order processing and response times have been slower than you hoped for. We completely understand how frustrating this can be.
However, of the three emails we’ve received from you, our team has responded within 1–2 working days each time. One reply was sent the same day, one the following day, and one was sent on the next working day, early on Monday morning, following the weekend.
Our customer service is closed over the weekends, which is why you didn’t receive a reply to that email as quickly as you did on the other two occasions.
In terms of order processing, we aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 working days, as advised on each product page, our delivery terms on the website, and in your order confirmation. While we often dispatch orders sooner than this, the 2–4 working day timeframe is the timeframe we provide to allow for busier periods and ensure that customers have a clear expectation of when their order will be dispatched.
I hope this helps to explain why you didn’t hear from us as soon as you were hoping for, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
