Firstly our dog loves this food
Firstly our dog loves this food, but the benefits for her are not just the taste, her motions are now as they should be, with other foods she was slopy and smelly and also farting is now (being a frenchie) almost non existence!

Fantastic food for my dog
Fantastic food for my dog when we needed to change his diet. It just became too expensive so sadly had to stop. Delivered on time, subscription easy to use and change when needed. Would recommend if you can afford it. Still have some and we use as treats now occasionally. :) :)

Im feeding my dog Wilson’s fresh dog food for quite some time now and there has been a big difference for him, he loves the food and his stomach issues improved massively, customer service is also great, very helpful and understanding especially if some food gets damaged in transit.

Wilson’s has saved the day
Wilson’s has saved the day! I’ve been trying to find a quality, fresh dog food that is packed with meat and veg that my dogs like. But they have different tastes. I've gotten several other brands and one or both dogs doesn’t like the taste. They have had Cheeky Chicken, Bougie Beef, and Venison and Duck and have loved each flavour. It smells so good, I wish Wilson’s would make me the same dinners!

Great food let down by poor delivery service.
Wasn’t delivered and has now taken over a week to secure another delivery. Not impressed at all. Ordered 20th September now 2nd october and no food.
To be fair to Wilsons their customer service team (Tasha & on messenger) was extremely helpful and its now sorted, obviously the feedback is aimed at the delivery service company rather than Wilsons which is why I’ve updated review.

Unacceptable amount of solidified fat
The first pouch I opened was lamb... I was absolutely shocked on the amount of solidified fat in the pouch. At least 30% of the pouch was just a block of hard fat. I appreciate lamb is a fatty meat, but this level of it is completely unacceptable and cannot possibly be healthy for a dog to eat, it therefore went in the bin.
The beef flavour also has alot of fat, but not quite as much. At the moment, my opinion of this food is not good, so doubtful that I will be ordering again. If I could send it all back, I would.

Just so you know, we use only natural ingredients, so we do not use any artificial emulsifiers, binders/bulkers etc. You may notice more visible fat, particularly in some recipes where the meat has a naturally higher fat content, like our Lamb. Changes in temperature during storage and transport can cause the natural fats to solidify and become opaque and more noticeable.
This is normal and doesn't affect the quality, safety, or nutritional balance of the food, but if you prefer that your dog does not consume all of the fat, you can, of course, remove some.
All of our Fresh recipes are carefully formulated to provide complete and balanced nutrition, and the natural fats play an important role in your dog's diet by providing energy, supporting healthy skin and coat, and helping with the absorption of essential vitamins.

We’ve been always with Wilson Pet Food. Our dog really obsessed with it, not gonna lie this is the only dog food that she can finish it without stopping 🤤 and never had a tummy issues ever. Great quality and nutritious!

We’re sorry to see that you’ve had the same concerns as last week about the appearance of our Cold Pressed food. As mentioned in our previous response, Cold Pressed pellets can look quite different from traditional kibble, but their appearance doesn’t reflect the quality of the nutrition inside.
Our Cold Pressed food is gently pressed at lower temperatures using carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. It is complete, balanced and nutrient-dense, and designed to be gentle and easily digestible.
We completely understand that the appearance may not be as expected, but we hope your dog enjoys the food and all the goodness packed into every mighty little pellet.

Only four star as dogs haven't been on it long enough to judge. It seems very paletable, dogs currently on raw but they are eating this new food very well.

Good communication and regular order updates followed by a prompt delivery.
Dog likes most of the selection packs but not the food containing fish, as others have mentioned it would be great if a tailor made selection packs were available as I don't have space to store the minimum orders of single flavours that my dog likes.
