Very disappointing on a couple of issues that are still outstanding.I returned an ill fitting jacket on the exact day it arrived.I had to pay $29.99 return fee as well as $1.60 postage to the Wiggle hub in Mascot.(5 kms from my location.I have not heard anything in 2 weeks.
Tracking shows its location but no communication at all.

I have not received my order which was placed on 14/10/22. It usually only takes about 10 days. Parcel tracking says it was processed for delivery at Sydney on 4/11/22.

Delivery took over 20 days. The sizing of the items is incorrect and the description of the sizing inconsistent and unhelpful. Not particualrly concerned with what wiggle does to improve because I will not be shopping there again.

9 days for standard shipping not true
When I placed this most recent order I didn't realise that standard shipping of 9 days was because it was being shipped from UK. It's now been 12 business days and I'm still without my delivery yet I'm being smashed with Black Friday emails promoting the same kit at cheaper than what I paid - not a great customer experience.

Disclaimer: The thing about being asked for feedback on a sub-optimal experience is that one can look like a first-world whinger. But here we go... Wiggle (and parent company CRC) have been my go to for MTB web purchases for a while.
Generally reasonably priced and reliably delivery.
In this instance however, delivery has been a convoluted process. Started with Evri, then to DAI then to Couriers Please. Tough to follow and adds to the tension of waiting for my shiny new piece of kit.
Wiggle (and CRC) are fine, though it's be great if they kept a close eye on the performance of their elected carrier service, which in this instance has been a bit crap, effectively becoming a blocker for a returning/regular customer.

Delivery is way too slow .......
I ordered my goods on the Australian website.
Nothing indicated the goods had to come from the UK when I went on the AU website. (Perhaps I didn't look hard enough)
I ordered on 26th October.
I check the delivery tracking regularly.
As of 8th November, 14 days later, my order still hasn't left the UK!
NO I didn't pay for any specialised freight service, just the normal service that was offered for free by Wiggle because of the size of the order - a lot of money.

Why do I say I'm so disappointed?
I ordered a bike earlier in the year from Wiggle (great bike) and it arrived on my doorstep in Australia in less than 2 weeks, I had a delivery time expectation.
Now I'm just in the "lap of the gods" waiting, waiting, waiting.......
Will I get my order before Christmas?
Really disappointed with the delivery service provider that Wiggle now use.
Sorry Wiggle, but even if I get my stuff eventually, its fair to say I'll look to other reliable suppliers of the cycle gear I need now.

RETURN OF THE WIGGLE
After many years dealing with Wiggle i started supporting an Australian company however some things they just don't have. Anyhow went back to Wiggle ordered the items and paid for std frieght then four days later delivery to my door. Can see me dealing more in the future with Wiggle. Great service, competitive prices and huge range.
