Expect Delivery Delays
I am a long term customer of Wiggle. Wiggle used to deliver items in a couple of days even for the free freight service. I recently ordered some items on 27th of November 2022 and I am still waiting as of 12 December 2022. I note they are using a new delivery partner and based on my experience it looks to be a lot slower. I will use another store if I need something urgently in future.

Great products. Fast delivery. Arrived today so fitting tyres at the moment but has been pretty easy so far.
EVRI lets Wiggle down badly
Wiggle are a good company usually. They have been using EVRI as a delivery agent recently and that is a big mistake. EVRI are abysmal and should not be given any business by reputable companies like Wiggle. Multiple attempts to contact Wiggle customer service went unanswered until I used the app on my phone. Only then did my query seem to get through. They replaced the items that EVRI lost which is the price you pay for trusting an incompetent and useless company like EVRI with your business.

I received the links to review the products whilst the items were still in transit. The package never arrived with multiple contacts needed to find out what was going on. This is not the same Wiggle of old that used to be amazing

Excellent - but let down by freight service choice
Good prices and range. Easy to shop on the website. Order was packed and despatched quickly. No problems with the international freight with DHL which was fast. Unfortunately DHL chose to use Australia Post for the local delivery. Package sent from the UK on the 19/11, arrived in Perth on the 23/11 and forwarded to a 3rd party agent. Awesome, I should get it any day now. A week later nothing. I contact DHL and they advise the 3rd party agent is Australia Post. My heart sinks. Check the tracking through their website. Item was processed in Perth WA (0nly 20 mins away) on the 23/11. It then shows up 6 days later as being processed 29/11 in Brisbane QLD - on the other side of the continent. Estimated delivery date on Aus Post tracking is now 14/12. Their website won't even allow you to lodge an enquiry because they don't consider it overdue.

delayed delivery, no customer service
Seems to be a common theme. Terrible customer service with no one replying to messages but have time to sensor and delete poor reviews to their website. Item is delayed after paying extra for express shipping. No replies to messages asking for a refund. Can’t follow up with the delivery company as they will only talk to the sender. Will never order from wiggle again and warn everyone to think again before using them. Talk a big game but can’t deliver, literally- 6255867797

Delivery of goods bought
The fulfilment process needs a review as the time it takes between ordering/paying and delivery is by far the longest i have ever experienced.
Can I suggest that you experience GStar as an example of exemplary delivery/customer service

Fast accurate delivery
Delivery Timeframes Terrible
The only reason I have given Wiggle 2 stars instead of 5 has been due to their selection of Delivery Agents. Evri seems to be a new courier, but in my opinion should be a former courier. I made a purchase on 12/11/2022, that was despatched on 15/11/2022 and according to Evri's latest tracking advice 22/11/2022 (6 days ago!) is still sitting in the UK. I understand there can be customs implications (more likely to impact in Australia rather than UK) but prior to this delivery & the previous one (also by Evri), I've never had these sorts of delay issues. Very disappointing.

Reliable Wiggle as promised
Wiggle constantly kept me informed of the progress of my order and when it would be delivered. Have to admit though that while I looked at the daiglobal information I didn't check the other delivery name as thought it was some sort of phishing! However was very happy to discover it had been safely delivered as promised!
Still waiting for most of my order…
Still waiting for most of my order after 14 days, only 2 of 6 items arrived. No updates on when any of the other items (different categories and were listed as in stock when I ordered them). Wiggle wanted a review today. I would like the items.
