Foreign Currency Fee

I live in Australia and placed an order on the Australian website but my bank charged me a foreign currency fee...the items were listed with the AUD value. One item was on backorder but have now received that item before the rest of the order which I'm still waiting for...ordered 14 days ago. The backorder was dispatched from Eastern Creek NSW.

Expensive returns

Previous experiences have been good. Had a sizing issue this time. Turns out the same item can be described as 3XL / Asian, 2XL / Euro and XL / USA. Knowing this I would of sized up.

Waiting patiently

Thanks for your service Wiggle. My problem is, my
Gilet has been sitting in Perth since Thursday of last
week, according to the tracking info. Probably not
Wiggles responsibility, but certainly not good for the
customer. Can anything be done to rectify this

I have not yet received my wetsuit - I paid for express delivery and it’s now been 2 weeks.

Item lost by local Courier

Disappointed as item lost by local courier in Australia. Wiggle was quick to resend by priority courier and I received it within a week. Thanks Wiggle for great service.

Thanks for the Back Up

I ordered a dopper post and thats exactly what I got - happy with Wiggles service.
Only four stars due to delivery stuff ups with local curier who obvoisly doesnt use Google.
When things went wrong Wiggle was helpful and reassuring, sadly the delivery is linked to Wiggle.
Will certainly use Wiggle again though lower expectations with delivery.
