OUTRAGEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID!!!
An avid road cyclist, I used Wiggle quite a bit a few years ago, but currently they are clearly having BIG problems - especially on the logistical / administration side. I recently purchased two pairs of the same shoe for size, but neither was right, so I sent them both back together, same day. Bizarrely, I only received refund for ONE, despite them both being returned together.
Unfortunately, Wiggle have removed any way of contacting them - no telephone number, no direct email - only an email form on their website with painfully slow response. They continually lied during my correspondence (claiming they had already refunded me, or the information I provided was incorrect) and bluntly ended conversation threads, making me restart the whole process many times. I can only imagine to make me give up.
After 4 weeks of constant (and painfully restarted) correspondence, I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau who confirmed Wiggle were breaching common law and acting illegally. I had to raise a Visa dispute to finally get my money back from them.
I will never, ever use them ever again.
Another Aramex FAIL
Similar story to others: my $200 wiggle order was stolen. because I was not told the delivery was coming (and was away for work), and Aramex tracking website still told me delivery was delayed for weeks after it was delivered. I took this up with Wiggle and they have washed their hands of my case, and told me to take it up with the courier! As if the courier is going to refund me!
No customer support
Sent me wrong items for my order, advised it was warehouse error and I had to pay for return shipping. They will send me refund of return postage via cheque.
They have received returned products for a week now and haven’t receive my refund for the order or my return postage.
Raised a case with PayPal.
Poor customer service, CRM, and sales operations.
If you don’t have the resources to properly support Australian customers, then don’t do business here!

Don't use in Aus. Courier useless and Wiggle have no interest in helping
I have had previous good dealings with Wiggle dating back to about 2015, almost always on time and the goods I ordered. They seem to have swapped to an utterly incompetent courier (DAI Global) locally who actually use Aramex for their deliveries. My delivery stopped for a couple of weeks and DAI have no pickup capability so I asked them to not deliver as I was heading overseas for a few months and I wasn't going to be here to collect the parcel from the secure storage facility I use and instead reordered the gear to pick up overseas. I also asked wiggle to contact DAI and cancel the delivery.
2 weeks after this the parcel was delivered! Absolute radio silence from DAI and wiggle's only response was to tell me that it wasn't their fault and that they couldn't be held liable due to the terms and conditions on their website, despite multiple emails they just kept reiterating this while making absolutely no effort to help.
I won't be using them again, plenty of local options now at a much higher standard of service.

Don't buy if you're in Australia!
Do not buy from Wiggle if you live in Australia!!! Buried way down in their website it says no PO Box, yet the shipping address field doesn't stop one being added. After finalising my order and finding this out, they're almost impossible to contact to change the address information. Emails take 48+ hrs to be answered and live chat was not available each time I checked. Their chosen courier company is worse. A nightmare to deal with, I'm sure were the inspiration for the TV show 'Swift and Shift Couriers'. I paid for express post, total rip off. Delay after delay. They were non contactable by phone, "live chat" (bot) was useless, I did not get any response until I bombarded every state's office with the same online enquiry form. When it did finally arrive to the re-directed non PO Box address weeks later, it was dumped on the doorstep, doorbell was not rung despite people being home and the only way we realised it was there was because I was tracking it closely! Way more hassle than it's worth. I will not use Wiggle again and would not recommend if you're in Australia unless they engage a better courier service...and update their address field to reject PO boxes in the first place.
LOSE MONEY
You will lose your time and money - by placing your order with them (chain reaction cycles / wiggle )! Unfortunately, I was reckless in placing my order without reading the reviews here. Trouble.
Personally, I was thrown in for the cost of the fork / frame and drivetrain. That's really sucks!

I have used Wiggle previously without issue, delivery on time in Australia as forecast. This time however there was a mix up with the delivery address accepted at time of purchase but rejected a few days later and rectified immediately. Notwithstanding this I’m still waiting and getting the runaround from both Wiggle and Aramex the transport company. Purchase date was 4th August, it’s now 6th September. They were not slow in taking my money but very slow to resolve the issue. My inbox is full of ‘we’re working on it, please be patient’ emails. I’m running short on patience.

Fault products
If there was a zero that’s what I would have given. I purchase many products from wiggle and spend a lot on their site. But that has come to an end. I purchased a £200 saddle, which came apart after 2 rides. You can clearly see from the photos that there is an issue. I have been requested to send the saddle in for an assessment which takes up to 14 days. I however have a race in 10 days which has resulted in no other option but to send the saddle in and purchase another. This is unacceptable, and the warranty department is virtually impossible to get hold of. If this is how you treat loyal customers, then I will move to another company.

Two great experiences
This is the second pair of cycling shoes I have ordered from Wiggle. My first purchase in 2020 was a pair of Giro Techne road shoes. The shoes turned up before the quoted date to Australia, and were priced well and in perfect order. Fast forward to 2023 and I have just purchased another pair of shoes from Wiggle. A pair of 5 Ten Kestral Boa XC shoes. Once again the shoes turned up before the quoted time frame, in perfect order, and for an amazing price. Over $110.00 AUD cheaper than the competition. Also, the sizing of both brands of shoes has been perfect both times. The sizing charts have been accurate and helpful. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Wiggle.
Terrible after sales service
Item ordered from Wiggle and delivery done with Yodel. Although Yodel delivered, I live in an apartment with over 200 flats. Without calling me or knocking on my door the courier has just dumped it somewhere that clearly isn’t safe and the item is nowhere to be seen.
To be fair Yodel have apologised and asked Wiggle to contact them to rearrange compensation or delivery. Yodel clearly owned up and apologised for the poor level of service, and to be fair to Yodel I was impressed.
Hoping this would be straight forwarded I tried reaching out to Wiggle and even pasted the conversation with Yodel to them. Firstly, it’s impossible to speak with anyone at Wiggle and the live chat keeps cutting out.
After eventually speaking on live chat, I was then emailed by Wiggle and asked to check ‘under flower pots and with neighbours’ - Seriously in an apartment with over 200 flats. Despite Yodel saying that if Wiggle contact Yodel they will work something out, I’m yet to get any conclusion from Wiggle.
I’m going on holiday in 8 days, so if I don’t get a rucksack replacement I will have to purchase another and then claim for the funds through a small claims court.
Why does it have to be like this? No ownership and despite Yodel apologising and asking Wiggle to contact them to arrange a solution, I’m left out of pocket and without a rucksack.
Come on Wiggle you use to better than this.

Such a poor company
Such a poor company. Very poor customer service are uncontactable , take days to respond to emails regarding ongoing warranty cases. Have never experienced this with any other company. So be aware, if you buy from wiggle and have a problem, it will take along time to be resolved irfan ever.

Second review, same problem, no help
This is the second review I’m leaving because they seem to have ignored my first after initially replying. I placed an order on May 11th for next day delivery. I have received nothing and all my emails have been ignored. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Slow customer service.!
My order, W23000000838, was placed on April 25, 2023, with express delivery, but it has still not arrived (May 15, 2023).
I contacted customer service on May 2, 2023, to inquire about the status of my order. They informed me that the package was lost and they were unsure of its whereabouts. I requested a replacement to be shipped, but they were unable to do so. Instead, they offered me a voucher, which I have not received yet (May 15, 2023).
It is extremely frustrating that Wiggle seems uninterested in finding a solution to this issue. It is worth noting that they have already received payment for the order.

Well I can’t give 5 stars or 1 star, why can’t wiggle get its act together. My order W23000011803 failed on wiggle new ordering system after waiting over 5 days I was advised to reorder which I did and my order arrived the next day. I was informed by wiggle that I would get a refund for my original order and as compensation I would be issued a voucher, which never arrived, I never got my refund and to my surprise the original order was sent out. Which I now have to return because I reordered everything to replace the lost order. Hopefully wiggle will get it together in the future, what a waste of time. 😒

Great Online Supplier
Recent experience with Wiggle continues to highlight their high level of customer service. They have an excellent range of stock at good prices and they deliver in a timeframe that competes with sellers in Australia. They are also quick to accept responsibility if anything does go wrong and they fix it. I recently got sent an incorrect item. They quickly refunded me and did not require me to spend money returning the incorrect item. The only thing that has been an issue a couple of times is packaging of heavy items with insufficient packing material, which has resulted in damage to the outer box - roughly handled somewhere along the journey (patched by someone along the way). I have not had anything damaged but the potential is there. Be careful about ordering heavy items along with delicate items.
