Prices are good, delivery is slow!

Prices are good, delivery is unfortunately very slow (last couple of orders have been). I have lost confidence in wiggle logistics chain, used to be better. Don’t order anything you need urgently!

Orders split and not like for like

one item in the order was for a chain ring. The Ultegra 53 I was replacing was out of stock and following some messages with Wiggle a substitute was suggested, which I then put in an order with 4 other items. The total cost removed the freight cost.
The order was inexplicable split resulting in freight charges.
The substitute was not like for like and when I emailed back was told I should have ordered the original.
Naturally enough I have lost faith in Wiggle.
and went elsewhere to source additional screws to complete the install of the chain ring.

We can confirm that the order which included 5 items in total was split as part of this order would have been dispatched from our UK warehouse and the rest of the order would have been shipped from our AUS warehouse. As you cancelled the part of the order which would have been shipped from our AUS warehouse and created a new order for it, charges would have been applied due to the fact that a new order was placed. We are sorry for the confusion caused and for the miscommunication from our side regarding the product. We refunded you the extra shipping cost in that case and kindly ask you to accept our apologies.

No delivery of order. No replies to my emails

The items I have ordered and paid for have not been delivered. My email enquiries have not been replied to. Zero communication from Wiggle. If there was the option to score you with NO stars I would have taken it.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Big order of Christmas presents on 10th Dec, expected 13th Dec. No response to any queries, no updates, live chat service is a joke, no response from customer service emails, nothing. £279 into a big retail sink hole. Now having to consider finding several hundred pounds to buy my whole family xmas presents. Order 6256133199. Desperate service, avoid this company!

Tech support tried very hard

Tech support tried very hard to help, BUT couldn't overcome glitch in ordereing suystem: had to borrow credit card as minewasn't accepted. It works every where else!!

If the size is wrong, it's on you!

Ludicrous that the purchaser is forced to pay for return of bibshorts when they are far too small despite following the website's size recommendation. Further, there is no opportunity to exchange for the correct size. Instead, a new order must be raised which incurs additional costs.

Items advertised available that were not available at the time. Paid express post, only to discover part shipment express. Out of stock items were sent standard mail. Still waiting for these items, and will have to return them. Not good enough.

Failure to deliver

Item hasn’t arrived despite saying it had been delivered 2 weeks ago.

Despite the reply below the order had not been delivered. I am still awaiting contact from Wiggle. Terrible service.

I placed the order 13 days ago

I placed the order 13 days ago, and still haven't received it.

I was able to order brake cleaner for my bike. Fulfil my order based on my address and location, only to have an email sent confirming my order was dispatched, but the brake cleaner was not included, no explanation. Only after the fact did I receive an email noting that it couldn't be sent to me.

How does the website which knows my country, have a product that shouldn't be available.
