Dropper post assist
I was in the market for a new dropper post and was unsure what size to get for my bike so I sent a email off to the enquires department and they replied within hour’s and suggested a dropper post which I ordered and fitted, fantastic service keep it up

My experiences with Wiggle have been positive - good range, quick delivery and correct items delivered. Quality has been good on things I have ordered.
I have not had to go through a return with them.
Always competitive prices
Always competitive prices, service and great delivery times.
Return postage is high.
Wiggle mostly is a great place to shop and delivery is speedy. However I will never buy clothing from them again unless I'm 100% sure on sizing. Their return postage of $30 is just to much for me.
Delivery to Australia within a week?
Delivery in a week?? From the UK to Sydney?? I can't get stuff delivered across Sydney in that time. Quality? I've been buying dhb cycling gear from Wiggle for over 14 years. Quality is not something I worry about. It will be well made and good quality.
Socks and Jersey with a return thrown in
Ordered some socks and a jersey, with the jersey being a little large (castelli sizing?!). Followed the return process and the goods are on the way back to the UK.
Have dealt with Wiggle since I got back into cycling some 5 years ago. Always had positive experience in online orders with them.
Slow shipping
I ordered hydration tablets on 3/01 to arrive prior to going overseas. It is now 21/01, 13 business days and they have not arrived yet which means I will need to arrange for forward freight as I am departing.

Item priced as £59.99 on the store but when adding to the basket it's increased to £63.99. Chat not helpful and cannot honour their own price. Rather shop elsewhere.

Charging for returns? Shame.
Quite good delivery, but £2.99 returns? Not sure when this charge for returning goods that don’t fit came in but it will be a game changer for me. Cycling gear when it comes to sizing is very difficult to judge and each manufacturer seems to have their own quirks, which if you’re not familiar with them makes it very difficult to judge with online purchases which size to order. With Wiggle I used to select the most likely size for me and if it wasn’t right send it back and get the next size up or down. After my experience this time I find Giro cycling shoes size 41 don’t fit me despite the fact I have size 41 feet for normal shoes, but it costs me £2.99 to return the ill-fitting shoes to Wiggle so that’s it, I won’t be ordering from them again. Surely delivery and return are part of online retailing? Online retailers are not paying for high street Business Rates or store heating. If they make normal returns the purchaser’s cost they will just not take the risk, well I won’t anyway. Shame. I will have to look elsewhere for my cycling gear after using Wiggle over many years.

Have been dealing with Wiggle for many years and have always been satisfied with variety of products and brands, service and price. Availability of products has fallen off of late but put this down to COVID/supply chain issues. However they are not as competitive price wise as they once were and latest delivery has been a lot slower than normal (perhaps due to EVRI as goods were dispatched in good time).
