Great products, service and competitively priced. If they could be delivered faster, even better but it's ok

A customer for 10 years. My regular order includes wholesale grains (roasted buckwheat, different types of oats), raw beans and peas, and spices (different types of salt, herbs, etc.). All are from the "organic" range.
Tried the same products from different suppliers. It wasn't a bad experience at all; however, there was always something missing, considering the whole process: if good quality, then flawed delivery; if good delivery, then expiry dates close to the end; some sellers have very limited choice, some have no discount offers even for long-term customers, some struggle with time terms, some have careless customer service, etc.
When it happens once, it's not a big deal. However, when issues stay unresolved time after time, overall inconvenience ruins the trust. Over the years, I haven't had the above-mentioned problems with Whole Food Earth: easy to order, a big selection, beneficial discounts for regular customers, quality food, delivery is always on time, items are packed very well, the main box is decent. In my circumstances, I would prefer something more durable than a soft box because of the heavyweight content. The recent option still works, but the stronger version would definitely provide better protection.
Based on my experience, shopping has always run smoothly. Their customer service is available when you have questions or any issues. I’ve never had a reason to complain or be disappointed. I've had two small issues overall in 10 years of being a customer. First, the grains were over-toasted, and the second one was defective packaging.
This happened 8 years ago and on a single occasion. The problem wasn’t significant; however, as a new customer, I didn’t know then what to expect. I informed customer service and got a response back 2 hours later. The problem was sorted out the same day; the replacement was delivered the next day. And this was a promising sign.
Since then, I’ve had no doubts or questions, as everything worked well for me.
As a customer, I am fully satisfied and can only send “many thanks.”
And finally – this is my personal opinion, straightforward, but genuine and honest. There is no praise or judgement. Everything I shared comes from my own experience. I think they offer customer-friendly service; for that reason, I would place a 5-star review and recommend this supplier to others.

Excellent products at amazing prices. I frequently stock up on organic essentials from Whole Food Earth and am always happy with the quality of the products. The expiry dates are excellent too so I don’t need to worry about not using the items. I usually order organic omega seed mix, organic red lentils, organic tricolour quinoa etc. Delivery is fast too.

Excellent Products
Delivery was not good as with the boxes being very heavy the delivery driver must have chucked the second box on top of the first box and split it open.
Luckily it didn't split the inner bag that the product was in so all in all I will return for some more products
