Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the excellent quality of the products, often highlighting their organic nature and good value. Many people appreciate the competitive pricing compared to other retailers and supermarkets. The delivery service is frequently mentioned as swift and reliable, with orders arriving promptly and well-packaged. Consumers also commend the wide range of products available, making it easy to find desired items. However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with significant price increases, noting that certain products have seen substantial hikes, making them less affordable. A few reviewers also reported issues with product quality, such as an oat bran with a short best-before date, frozen items arriving soggy, or tea leaves not tasting as expected. Additionally, some people found the packaging excessive, while others were concerned about high salt content in certain products or the texture of powdered supplements.

Whole Food Earth have a good range of organic products at reasonable prices. Packaging is still plastic, but I'm not sure what alternatives there are - the good thing is that it's easily resealable.

Great products at affordable prices

Quality organic produce, fast delivery, I have shopped with Wholefood Earth for a number of years now for store cupboard wholefoods such as nuts/seeds/oats/dried fruits/nut butter and I am very happy with the quality and price of items.

I have been a customer of whole food…

I have been a customer of whole food earth for 6 years. I have never had a problem until now. I often bulk buy as I live in countryside and easier and cheaper for me. My issue is that I cannot buy in bulk anymore unless I sign up to The Club! As I do not wish to sign up to this data harvesting scheme, I now cannot buy in bulk. This puts this company in with the big companies, Tesco, Asda etc. We live in a time where data is so valuable and I feel that WFE are taking advantage. I do not wish for any company to use my data to further their profits. I feel let down and after I collect my last order I will not shop here anymore. This is a shame because I have no other issue with them. I do not shop at the supermarkets for the same reasons. Such a shame that smaller businesses are going down the same route as the bigger corporations.

top marks for product quality

In the first place I could not get the hang of ordering on line but I was able to speak on the phone to very pleasant and helpful agents and my issues were quickly and efficiently resolved . All of the products I purchased are of really good quality. I am very pleased with the whole experience.
