Good service
I ordered 20Kg of porridge oats but they didn't have in strock which they emailed me about straight away and offered the alternative of jumbo oats - I agreed the swap and it all happenned seamlessly. Delivery was quick, price good, good service
Unacceptable Delivery Delays!
I placed an order under 3kg on Monday before noon, expecting reasonable processing times.
On Tuesday afternoon, customer support explicitly confirmed my order would be dispatched on Wednesday and delivered by Thursday.
However, when I called back on Thursday morning, I was given contradictory information: the order was only being dispatched right then at 9:33 AM, pushing delivery out to Friday.
Blaming an order backlog is not a valid excuse for misleading customers.
Having extensive professional experience in e-commerce fulfillment, a four-day dispatch window paired with incorrect advice from support is substandard for a reputable company.
I acknowledge the high quality of their certified organic products, but the customer service and fulfillment experience were exceptionally poor—meaning I will not be purchasing from them again in the future.

Products are fantastic quality and I really enjoy eating them.
Delivery service let's them down but if you are prepared to wait a little longer it's fine.
Brilliant all round!
Great price for good quality food
Great price for good quality food. Having made an order and paid for it I had forgotten an item. I rang the next working day and they added the item and ensured it was sent at the same time.

Had a problem with the order that was ourside their control. Responded right away, apologised and fixed the problem next day. 1st class customer service [ and their products are excellent]
RANCID and potentially dangerous…
RANCID and potentially dangerous product - customer service absolutely awful.
I bought a 2kg bag of almond flour from Whole Food Earth.
The smell was rancid and made me and my son want to vomit.
It was within their best before and had been stored in a cool, dark place as advised.
It was £40 worth of almond flour.
I called Customer Service, which was dismissive. They told me as they weren't alerted within the 14 day window, that no refund or replacement would be given and they would not investigate unless I sent it in at my own expense.
They refused all responsibility.
I explained it was not okay to give me a rancid product and then expect me to be out of pocket and not even investigate.
I stored it in a cool, dark place as described. It had only just been opened. It was within its best before as stated by Whole Food Earth.
It should not have smelled rancid. I believe it was actually dangerous.
Both the product and customer service was terrible.
I will never buy from this company again.
*Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described, fit for purpose, and last a reasonable length of time - including UP TO BEST BEFORE DATE. Almond flour that goes spectacularly rancid and smells disgusting before its best-before date breaches the requirement for satisfactory quality and durability.*

Good food reasonably priced
Good food reasonably priced. Would like to be able to shop in store but they’re very helpful and friendly. I live locally so it is convenient for me. Will be shopping with them again soon!
Fast and good quality
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience, especially as we have been regular customers for around 5–6 years and have ordered from them many times.
On this occasion, our order was delivered to the wrong address. What makes this even more frustrating is that the incorrect address is not one we use anywhere else and appears to have existed only within their own system. Despite our long history of ordering with the correct delivery details, they refused to properly acknowledge what had happened or take responsibility for the mistake.
During the phone call, I also explained that I am due to undergo surgery shortly and that this situation was causing additional stress at an already difficult time. This was met with silence. I found the lack of empathy and concern extremely disappointing, particularly after being a loyal customer for so many years.
Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds when something goes wrong says a great deal about its customer service. I expected an acknowledgement of the error, some understanding, and a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed.
After 5–6 years as a regular customer, I will not be shopping with them again.
Very poor customer service, not in parity to any laws that protect regular customers.
The Seaweed Peanuts and Spicy Rice…
The Seaweed Peanuts and Spicy Rice Cakes are delicious when as a Diabetic other snacks are off limits.
Very quick delivery too, thank you.
Competitive prices
Competitive prices, quality products, and prompt delivery. Certain specialist food products are horrendously expensive in supermarkets or other select retailers. Whole Foods have a fantastic range too, from coffee, to rare berries. Absolutely fantastic service! I will order from this company from now on.
