This product will change the way we use neutral tones on nails.
I received my order quickly of the Vanilla Gloss set and was kept updated about its status. Customer service answering my queries was superb, as I have a few skin conditions so wanted to check suitability. The products arrived and I was so impressed with the packaging design which makes it feel special and a treat, just for me. The colour palette of the set is well balanced and each one gives a rich, tonal glow to my often neutral looking nails. This changes the way neutral tones look. It feels so classy. Thank you!

Disappointed…
I was so looking forward to receiving the products as the colours looked fabulous. Disappointingly, after applying the base coat, two coats of regular polish and the top coat, the polish started peeling off within hours and the shine disappeared overnight. Now back to my usual brand…

In addition to the shockingly bad delivery time and rude email from customer svs- which went unexplained despite a heavy SM campaign- the product itself is terrible. I have done my own nails at home- both gel systems and regular polish, for many many years, with no problems. I always clean and prep well prior to starting. I have purchased and used the base, colour and top coat and in 2 days it is worn, scratched, and the shine has gone. Would never purchase from here again.
16/11 update- WC have tried to take down my review, stating it is defamatory! Trustpilot have agreed it is not, and that it should remain online.

Just received my order and am absolutely delighted! As the owner of two boisterous Labs, I rarely get the chance to have beautiful nails, however, an upcoming wedding was the perfect opportunity to spoil myself. I’m afraid my experience was similar to others, in that the nail polish took a month to arrive and the email I received after chasing up implied that I should know it would take 10-14 days - even though I only actually enquired AFTER 21 days. Later emails did update me on reasons, but an update earlier would perhaps have been better customer service?
The polish arrived finally yesterday and was beautifully packaged. Colour when applied was paler than it looked in the bottle, but nevertheless nice, with a lovely gloss.
However, today it has chipped a lot and one nail has peeled away completely.
Further to your response, I’m sorry to say that even after trying now with a base and top coat, it did start to peel and chip quite considerably after less than 48 hours.
