Never written a review before but I was so excited for these and I am so disappointed. Products arrived today quickly as I paid for express. I used the 2 shade, it was thick and gloopy the finish is so streaky by the time your on your third finger your first has dissolved so you have to apply more making a thick streaky mess. Not the natural look I was looking for. Such a shame I ordered two and what a waste of money straight in the bin!

I bought four of the glass polishes and the base and top coat. They are terrible quality - I’ve had much better nail polishes from very cheap high street ranges.
The polish is thick, streaky and takes hours to dry down - however thinly you apply it. I used base, two coats of colour and top coat and it took over four hours in total. The finish is not glass like, it smudges and is very dull.
I prepped my nails well and followed the instructions. To add insult to injury, I complained and was advised the finish was probably due to my application and that the finish seen on social media was because gloss gel was used by professionals. The company refused to give a refund, which seems unfair given that the products are really not useable or of any decent quality whatsoever.

I have never written a review before, but felt unfortunately compelled to in this case. I bought the standard polish which took over a month to arrive. That’s ok, as it was a new product and I understand there were teething issues. Sadly, I have found the polish very streaky no matter how I apply it, the top coat never seems to dry, remains sticks and then smudges. It lasted less than 24hrs and started to peel off. I didn’t need to use nail polish remover to take off. Sadly disappointed, I wanted to love it. On the plus side, packaging is beautiful!

I had high hopes for this product, especially given the premium price point, but the natural polish range simply doesn’t perform. The polish applies streaky, takes a very long time to dry, and begins peeling or lifting within a few hours. Even with careful prep, thin layers, and using the base and top coat from the same range.

I contacted customer service and was told the issue was likely my “prep,” but after reading multiple recent reviews from other customers experiencing the exact same problems (peeling, streaking, not drying, sticky top coat), it seems clear that the issue is with the product itself rather than individual technique.

The marketing also heavily features gel videos and results, which creates unrealistic expectations for the natural range. The colours and packaging are lovely, but the performance doesn’t match the price or the way the product is promoted.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the natural line based on my experience, and I hope the brand takes the feedback seriously as the concept is great but the formula is not fit for purpose at the moment.

Like other reviewers, the top coat never dries. It looks great when applied (as a top coat over base and colour x 2) but then gets smudged and damaged. No response from Customer Service - I think I am due a refund for the top coat.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. After waiting a long time for this product, I ordered it only after speaking with customer services, who assured me that the top coat was quick-drying and would leave a shiny finish. Unfortunately, despite the lovely packaging, the product itself didn’t live up to expectations. It didn’t dry for hours, remained sticky and tacky, and even though I painted my nails during the day, they still weren’t dry by the evening. By the next morning, the finish was completely ruined from touching fabric in my sleep.

When I contacted customer services, I received a response weeks later telling me that the issue was essentially user error:

“The products you purchased are not faulty; it appears they are simply not the type of formula you were hoping for.
As clearly stated in our Returns Policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged. As this is an instance of the incorrect product being ordered rather than a fault with the goods themselves, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange on this occasion.”

I understand they’re a new business, but I found the service disappointing, especially for a product marketed as premium. Unfortunately, the non-gel topcoat is a waste of money and time, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Polish doesn’t dry!
Same issue exactly as Judy and Niv P’s reviews below. I prepped my nails thoroughly, applied super thin coats of polish, waited a very long time between coats, but still the top coat doesn’t dry fully to a hard set. It messes up overnight and looks dreadful the next day. Then the product doesn’t hold up against water at all, so after a short shower it peels at the tips. I’ve given lots of detail to customer service and they say it’s due to lack of adequate preparation before applying the polish. Unacceptable response as I prep my nails in exactly the same way as I do for OPI, Chanel and Essie products and have never have this problem. It’s such a shame as I love the colours and I really wanted to support Harriet’s new venture after following her socials, but sadly the product is not fit for purpose. Despite this, I’ve been refused a refund having spend approx £100 on pointless products. Disappointing.

I bought the non-gel varnishes and my main issue is with the top coat. The nail varnishes and base coat seem OK so far and I do love the colours.

However, the top coat does not dry and remain sticky, resulting in marks on the finish, regardless of how thin the coat. It is therefore not fit for purpose.

I contacted customer service and advised them of the issue on 3 November 2025, soon after receiving my order and testing it twice (thinking the first time I tried the top coat was due to how I applied it), requesting a refund. I was advised today that their tests showed no issues and it was likely my technique. This is a ridiculous suggestion when the issue is the product not drying. I always apply thin layers as I like a sheer look.

As the product is not fit for purpose, it contravenes Section 10 of The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we are entitled to a refund on any faulty product.

I'm very happy with this product. The polish is long-lasting, high quality, and easy to apply. The colours are exactly what I was looking for, and the service was excellent—fast delivery too. Highly recommended!

The normal (not gel) polishes go on lovely and look great - but the coat just does not dry at all. So after a midday manicure, my nails were matted after one nights sleep. Also after reapplying the top coat in the morning and doing well for a day, all matted and destroyed again after the night. This happened three times now, after having waited over 5 weeks to receive them. Really sad about this waste of money.

Very, very disappointing product. I waited over one month for delivery of the glass nail polish with little communication although I note the funds were taken upon order.
When the polish arrived I was pleased with colour but awful to use. It recommended a thin coat and I applied as thinly as possible. The problem is that it remained tacky for hours and just would not dry! The following morning the polish was dull and absolutely not glass like. I have tried it twice and had to give up! There’s just no way this polish will try properly. Total and complete waste of money ! I am extremely disappointed and would absolutely not recommend!

Received the nail polish after a 5 week wait….Had heard good things about the product, but got concerned as all were regarding the gel version rather than the regular and I had ordered the regular version. SO disappointed. Having been a nail varnish ‘wearer’ for decades and very aware of how to apply correctly, I applied the base coat/ 2 thin coats of polish and the gloss top coat. Divine colours (all 5 choices) but went on patchy / streaked badly and looked nothing like the stunning insta images. Could actually peel the polish off the nail within a few hours and wish I had tried the gel version as I am
now left with 5 colours that I will never wear. For the money I expected a far superior product.

Okay so I didn’t want to write a review whilst waiting on my delivery as I felt that was unfair as I hadn’t even experienced the product yet. Well…. It was worth the wait. I used vanilla gloss shade 4 in gel the tones are incredible, the packaging is so luxury! The top coat, well I don’t think youlll find a gloss like it. It is such a beautiful product and I expected nothing less from Harriet. Teething problems and delivery times are expected with a brand new product that has this much hype around it surely. Bravo Olivia and Harriet can’t wait to use it on my clients today! Xx

I absolutely love this nail polish! The color is gorgeous and looks just as beautiful on my nails as it does in the bottle. The formula goes on so smoothly and evenly, and it only took one or two coats for perfect coverage. It dries quickly and has a lovely shine. I’ve been wearing it for days with no chips, which is a plus, Overall, it’s one of the best polishes I’ve ever used—definitely a new favorite!

Despite the long delivery time, it’s definitely worth the wait….. I think it’s fair to wait especially when it’s a new launch and it’s all new!!

I used the glass gel on my own nails and a clients nails and absolutely no notes so far. The gel is very easy to apply, had a buildable texture and applies seamlessly. I love how glass like all the shades are and how they can be left with one coat or added layers to build the coverage - very multipurpose.

The structure this gel gives my natural nails - which i find are quite weak and flexible - is insane. They feel solid and they don’t bend, which is a great pointer for me. My nails feel protected and rejuvenated and i feel like after wearing the gel for a few months, my nail health will also improve.

I think this launch is genius and you’ve smashed it Harriet!! Can’t wait to use it more!

I am absolutely in love with the glass gels! I’ve been a professional nail tech for 19 years and I’ve never been able to find the perfect nude pink…until now! These shades are absolutely stunning, they go on effortlessly and the finish and shine is absolutely outstanding, like nothing I’ve ever used before, and I’ve tried a lot of brands! I love how thin it is whilst still feeling super strong. I cannot wait to start using this on my clients.
I’m baffled by reviews slating the company for long delivery times, yes it was a little longer than expected but it’s a brand new company in a busy launch period surely people could be a little more understanding of teething issues?!
Amazing product, I will be ordering plenty more and can’t wait to see what collections come next!

This product is fabulous! As a wedding florist my nails are usually terrible and so it’s always such a treat for them to be done. This did not disappoint. The packaging makes everything feel so luxurious and the product itself - just wow. It looks and feels amazing. I will definitely be purchasing again and it’s likely going to be purchased for Christmas presents too. It did take slightly longer to receive but as a new product I understand that there may be teething problems and it was so lovely, all is forgiven!!

So happy with my purchase, the glass gels are lovely to work with and the retention and durability on the nails is 10/10! Did take a while to come as I believe there were some issues on their end but that’s ok, was worth the wait 🤍
