Hard to contact for help
It was difficult and took time to get help despite clicking on "live chat". This told me to contact customer care or guru help without providing contact numbers. When I finally got onto live chat, I asked to change a credit card payment I used to place an order I had just made. I was told that the payment went through within 2 minutes of my order but they could cancel the order and issue a refund in 2-5 business days. Not helpful at all.
