Great quality clothes – I got some especially decent trousers and I've also had some knitwear which has lasted well over a year. Shipping was efficient too.

they dont want to refund my money after what has happend for the second time ... :
"It's already for the second time that the transportation company of Bound Colis Privé didn’t deliver the ordered and the paid goods.
Too many mails was needed to finally obtain a gift card then and it took like months to make that happen.
I thought giving your company a second chance so I ordered for the second time.
Unfortunately the M was to big , I returned the M and asked for an exchange in S
and again this was never delivered.
Now you are refusing me to refund the full amount which I dont understand at all.
You cannot force any customer to buy again by giving them a gift card.
Especially when the client is completely dissatisfied about the service of the company and therefore no longer wish to buy from them.
Legally you may not simply hold someone’s paid money hostage if the customer clearly request a full refund"

Ordered the Stamp Hoodie in black. Great quality item and the material was good too. Unfortunately I had to return as I missed in the description about the fit (100% on me). But having returned the customer service I received was second to none!

I returned an item, there was an issue with processing the return/exchange initially but they did sort it in the end and their communication and rational was really appreciated! Keep up the good work, besides it being too large what I returned it actually was brilliant quality and I would recommend in my opinion, the cost really reflects the goods and service!! :)

I loved the shirt but feared I’d ordered the wrong size. Contacted Jack who replied within a day! Their service was so speedy the shirt had already been despatched but Jack offered a returns solution immediately. It wasn’t needed though as the shirt fit beautifully! It is so well made, the material is bold, classic and pretty damn gorgeous! I shall enjoy wearing it! Thanks to Jack and the team at Bound. Would definitely recommend them and their clothes!

Ordered a couple of sweaters and trousers from bound - the quality is fantastic and fits very well. Initially had an issue applying a discount code, but this was resolved very quickly by Jack and the Customer Service Team who are incredibly responsive. Couldn't recommend more!

Non-existent customer service. Emailed “Jack” at we are bound. Not even a holding response received. Got an auto reply on Facebook messenger around response times over the Christmas period.
