I ordered a swimsuit express to be delivered before my vacation -- there was an error with the shipping and bound found a new carrier to express ship it to me before I left! incredible customer service. further, the suit is gorgeous and fits perfectly. 5 stars.

I visited the store last month for the first time and was really impressed with the quality of the clothing, the actual store is really smart too, it's been done so well.

With a wedding and a holiday coming up, I ordered a few items to try, online.
Delivery and packaging was perfect. Quality of clothes is lovely, they have chosen some really unique materials which feel great on.
Sizing was an issue, I've never had to buy a small shirt in my life, as L/XL guy this was tricky to deal with, but in the end I returned and reordered the correct size, and it's all worked out really well. However I would advise people to visit the store in person if they can, to get a judge of their sizing.
I've seen people have had issues waiting for refunds. I did have to chase up and enquire about the progress of them, and like other reviewers have mentioned, it's seems to be a thing where store credit is pushed. While I understand as a small business this is will be more appropriate to them, however if I had feedback, instead of having to dedicate time to deal with these customers including myself having to ask about refunds, I feel that when you actually give the option of Refund, exchange or Credit on the online return, whatever option the customer chooses, it should be the end of matter. Anyway, love my order and hopefully when the refunds and voucher are processed, I'll be shopping with them again. Thank you

First order from Bound. The Boxy Oversized T is excellent quality, exactly what I was hoping for. Had initial delay with the delivery due to the Post Office, but Bound's customer service was spot on throughout and kept me updated, despite it not being their fault.

I also had to return an item that wasn't quite the right size, and the whole process was really straightforward and hassle-free. Great quality, great service, and I'll definitely be ordering again.

So much to like on the Bound website. I finally ordered a few items, delivery was really quick and well packaged. I had a mix of sizes so wanted to return some items but encountered a problem with the returns portal - got in touch and Jack from Bound got back in touch the following day, a couple more emails and all sorted, great service. And great quality clothes, great style and will be calling in to the shop to have a good look.

I purchased a shirt, which was a beautiful cut, fit and great quality. The colour wasn't quite right for me and the return was accepted no problem. Will shop there again.
