Sadly unwilling to rectify mis-sized error products outside of the returns window. Justification was that it could have grown size M to size XL from a handful of wears.

I would expect more from a brand that claims to be "focused on delivering the highest quality clothes - made to last and to be worn for many years to come."

Insane boots, break in after 3 days.

Bought the Zip Boots and they are great! Looks great and feels awesome, I'm a size UK 9 and the boots in size 9 fit perfectly. FedEx has also been adding some more shipping alternatives to Sweden so now there is nothing to complain about.

I ordered my jackets online and was undecided on sizes, so I went into store to ask the sales person who was amazing. The jacket fits so well and the quality is amazing.
