***EDIT: Customer service did respond! It was in my spam folder titled “service” so I totally missed it! They sent out new atomizers immediately and offered some advice moving forward. I’m so grateful! Very hopeful this solves our issue cause we really do love the Ares, it is a super convenient and Versatile piece!***
It was a 4/20 present for my husband and we burned through both of the included atomizers within a few days of LIGHT use. Reached out and received zero response from customer service.

Stinky. Rachet. Nasty. Careless customer service.
I purchased their Crystor S Mini bong about 2 weeks ago and after only 2 uses it already smelled like absoulte hell. When I first got it I was really excited. It seemed like excellent quality, but then none of the ways they reccomended cleaning it worked. The part that was supposed to be a transparent chamber is now dark brown from smoke that is impossible to get out. I got no response what so ever from customer service. They know they're selling pieces that get nasty in 2 days that are WAY over priced and have nothing to say about it lol.
Or they just prefer their bud to taste like garbage... This thing stinks up my whole room despite rigorous daily cleaning and boiling. Don't waste your money. Just stick to glass. The bacteria that probably builds up in this thing can't be healthy.
I also didn't get a bowl piece with my order but luckily I had some sitting around.
I guess this is probably a thing with all silicone bongs so my ignorance is probably what caused my dissapointment, but the lack of any sort of response from customer service wasnt very cool :-/////

Blazing Crystor S
Waxmaid has the hook up on amazing silicone pipes. We scored a Crystor S that's absolutely blazing! It had an ice catch a double percolator system and was made from platinum cured silicone. It had a really cool little magnet to hold on to our lighter or dab tool. The suction cup base made it virtually impossible to knock over when sitting on a smooth surface. Our order was delivered promptly and accurate tracking was provided every step of the way. We are beyond happy with our purchase and we'll definitely be buying more from waxmaidstore.com! Keep up the great work!

Terrible Service
I put in an order for 6 items, and got one. I repeatedly sent messages, and kept being told they would check with the post office. The post office didn't pack the package. It took numerous texts,calls, emails, and IG messages before Waxmaid agreed to send my items.. When my remaining items were finally sent, one was the wrong color, and when that replacement was sent, it literally was filthy. It looked like someone took the beaker and rolled it in dirt and gravel before sending it. Even the glass bowl was dirty, and it's wrapper dirty, inside and out. I kind of had a warning that Waxmaid was shady before. I wanted a black piece as pictured, and asked about it in an email. I was told there had never been black, and the factory never produced the item in black. I could see the item in black on the page. My fault for ignoring that lie. Never again. Waxmaid can't be trusted to deal decently with customers.

The ash catcher that waxmade provides is a top notch improvement for any water pipes that aren't easy to clean, or need some additional smoke cooling. It works with different amounts of water, and can be easily taken apart for cleaning.
WARNING, do not use with a gravity bong or other water pipe that causes back pressure after a drag, it will push the water back out through the ash catcher.
