30 march i placed an order . Said 2 to 5 days delivery. Still not received. Also said Australian delivery but was charged extra for overseas order and being sent by China post. Scam

Been 3 weeks still haven't received my parcel I email them and reply whenever they want to then give me the same response your parcel is still in transit but I look at track my parcel and itd telling me it's at my local post office

Very disappointed with my outcome of purchasing 3 cartons from vexo ! Was charged 20$ for postage yet it said free postage when buying 2 cartons + . Also it's been 2 and a half weeks and l still haven't received my purchase !! Not happy!!!!

I placed my order and they say it'll…
I placed my order and they say it'll take 2-3 days and that it's sent within 24 hours of receiving the order. I finally got my order today 10/3/26 I ordered 4 or 5 days ago. They kept saying they would send a tracking number and it was Auspost who sent it.
They are hard to communicate with and as a first time customer I don't think I'd deal with them again unless things were SUPER cheap
