Can't recommend this event!!

Been going to Breathwork for years and thought I'd try this out, since it was in Barcelona and it looked interesting.
OMG, this was horrible, so much talk, and then on top, 3D - meaning eco 3 times, and it was meant to be like that. So the basic talk and guidance weren't enough; hearing it once, it echoed 3 times.
This is for people who haven't done any form of Breathwork - who need to be talked to for 3 hours and guided all the way. So basic mindfulness talk that I couldn't take it seriously. After an hour, I had to go! It is the first time in my life leaving a Breathwork or mindfulness course.
I was told to be happy, “you tried it out” - I was thinking, this was the biggest rip-off- 65€ for what!
I cannot recommend this to anyone who wants to go deep. It is so basic - so annoying as the host keeps talking and talking. This was what i call a spiritual flup.
The staff there were lovely, I have to say that.
