Product as described, price is competitive.
Delivery was slower than expected - parcel was grouped at multiple places. The site with the additional offerings was looking fake - I almost stopped in the cart and was hesitating to place my payment.

Shockingly bad customer service - stay away from this company
First of all, this is not an Irish company despite the misleading domain name.
I ordered prescription goggles for my upcoming holiday. As per the order confirmation, it was due for delivery on 16th April via DHL. The date came and went and there was no sign of the package. I emailed watery.ie and to say their customer service is underwhelming is a massive understatement. 8 emails later, there is still no package, and no plan from the company. They kept saying to wait. DHL have obviously lost the package, there is no tracking update since 17th April where 3 different entries are recorded. All the emails are translated via AI.

When a delivery date passes without updates and you’re left chasing answers through multiple emails, that’s not the level of clarity or ownership we aim to provide. If the tracking has shown no movement since 17th April, that absolutely requires a clear and concrete follow-up — not just repeated requests to “wait.”
You’re right that we are not an Irish-based company, even though we operate through a local domain for Irish customers. That should never feel misleading, and we appreciate you raising it.
If DHL has lost the parcel, the responsibility to resolve that sits with us — not you. Please send your order number once more and we will escalate this directly, review the tracking history in detail, and provide a final resolution.
We’re sorry this has been your experience, and we would like the opportunity to resolve it properly.
