I scored 1 star because the item was not collected on 9/5/25 am as agreed. I sent an email but there was no response and no phone call. I checked on the website for the progress of my request and the status said open and the action:escalated. The fridge freezer left in the front garden upright has now been turned on its side with some parts removed by someone..

I scored one point lower as the booking process and getting a quote took long (4 weeks). It was worth the wait as on the 8/5/25 Keiran and Florence mowed the grass, cleared the weeds and my garden (old garden furniture and shed) really quickly. They were very respectful, friendly, professional and clean. Tidying up after themselves. Thank you

Communication & update
Day of collecting was 23/4/2025 and after waiting whole day nobody turned up or made a telephone call to apologise .after my telephone call at the end of the day they apologised and rescheduled to 25/4/2025.
It is too long waiting and waste of time for a person who is almost 70 years old.

After failure to turn up on Sunday WFB contacted me to rearrange fitting on Tuesday evening. Fitter arrived early and called me and discussed where I wanted the butt fitted. Arrived home, butt fitted as requested. Much happier
