Really positive experience
Initial staff who set up appointment really polite and helpful. On the day delivery arrived when expected and the employee was really nice and helpful, and professional. Did an efficient job and provided helpful instructions too. Really positive experience.

Great service
Really great service from Steve today. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything clearly to us. We have a much better understanding of mice and how to keep them away. The whole service so far has been really efficient, including booking the appointment and follow up visits.

Was told someone would call just after 1pm to install a water butt, gentleman arrived just before 5 pm, job was done fine.would have been 5 stars but for the wasted afternoon !

Gardening Experience
Not the 1st time I am using the service store, but this is the 1st for gardening, 2 young guys visited and on time, job completed satisfactorily but they could have tidied up better, I asked for weeding and this was not done maybe because I ask them to put bark chip down so they never bothered, but the garden looks a lot better than before will use the service again but for a quick tidy up and not for big job!
