Very good service

The person who arrived was very friendly and polite. Once the work had been completed I was given an explanation on how I am able to to stop the overflow or let the overflow run into the drain. Everything was completely in no time and there was no mess to clear up afterwards

The two workers were very hard-working, polite and helpful and completed the job efficiently at the expected time. There was only one task they were understandably unable to fully complete - part of the carpet was impossible to remove without specialist equipment. However, everything else was done as per my request.

Excellent service from Jadelle and the team. The clearance works on Tuesday were carried out efficiently, professionally, and with no fuss at all. Communication throughout was excellent and the customer service was greatly appreciated. A very smooth experience from start to finish — highly recommended.

Very good service, had a free water butt installed as part of the council's flood defence scheme. Straight forward to book, got calls with updates. Operative was very friendly and helpful, and completed the job quickly.
Have used Service Store before, always happy with service, plus publicly owned which is my preference, always.

got rid of the rats under our floor very quickly. Friendly and helpful guys came round and made a full inspection. They baited under the kitchen cabinets, under the floor boards and in the cellar and they rats (and the bad smell) were gone within a month

Given a choice of 12th or 14th May appointment for a quote to carry out some gardening , weeds etc . Appt confirmed for 12th ..Waited in all day . No one came !! I sent an email asking why ? The reply was “ communication error your appointment is for 13 th May”. !!!! Now have to wait in again on 14th !!!!

I contacted the service to deal with bed bugs. The person who came was very pleasant, explained what he was going gong to do and was very reassuring. I feel very confident that the problem has been dealt with

I applied for a grant for solar panels via Waltham forest council. The process was so simple and swiftly dealt with by Ali Shikheey. He was so helpful and supported me through any queries. I am so please with the service and so grateful to now have a renewable energy and money saving device installed in my home. I can’t thank him and who ever was involved in the process.
