Quick response; good service
Attended quite soon after my initial enquiry. Friendly and helpful operative dealt with the wasps' nest and gave good advice. Price reasonable for a good service; would use them again.

My first enquiry was to remove 4 bags…
My first enquiry was to remove 4 bags of rubble an old kitchen and wood. The quote I was provided was £350 with no caveats and or stipulations. Which I thought was a very reasonable cost, however I had the opportunity to get rid of a lot of the wood and the kitchen and asked for another quote just for the rubble.
The new quote came back at £1400, I questioned it and chased and just heard back to say that the cost is £350 per tonne. As a Waltham forest council that gives the impression of a subsidised rate compared to other private service providers I am left speechless and left with 2 weeks of wasted time.
They should put the prices up on the website so expectations are set with the people who pay council tax and see how it is being used.

From viewing the initial images submitted we were unable to see that the 4 rubble bags were tonne bags therefore the quotation provided was incorrect and we do apologise for this error. Tonne bags of rubble are costed by weight. Our website does contain pricing however loose bulk waste is priced by estimation of weight. Please note we are a private service and not Waltham Forest Council therefore any council tax is not contributed to these services. Our pricing is competitive and in line with other registered clearance services.

What went wrong was you cancelled my bed bug treatment on 24/07/2025 as when I rescheduled my 2nd treatment I mistakenly stated I was a council tenant as I did not know this was classed as a private tenant yet despite you cancelling you still took the £235 payment from my account. So I assumed there was no appointment yesterday yet when I awoke there was an e-mail from you saying I had the appointment yesterday. I e-mailed previously asking why you had cancelled as I had paid but there was no reply so you contradicted yourselves. My sister in Devon is dying of scarred lungs and I want to spend a short weekend with her so I requested a re-scheduled appointment for 14_08/2025 but do not know if this will be 1 treatment or 2. Also even though I have paid you still send the e-mail about completing the order. Again contradiction. If the cancelled appointment was a scam. What annoyed me was you did not respond to the e-mail I asked about cancelling.

You then booked and paid correctly which we confirmed appointment dates via multiple email confirmations however on attendance you did not provide access. We understand that this is a difficult time for you and to assist customers with changing schedules we ask that customers reschedule with us prior to arrival. Please note when you book and pay for a service you must ensure that you are home and available for the appointment. Failed visits incurs charges and therefore an abandonment cost is applied. Poor management, overpriced service
Trying to book was extremely frustrating. Did not get the number of gardeners or hours that I actually paid for. Pricing not as clear as it appears and significantly above the going rate.

We put the white goods within the boundary at the front of the house. There was no one at home at the appointment time but the goods were gone a few hours later.

Efficient and helpful
It was so quick and easy to book an appointment and the wasp nest was dealt with efficiently within two days of my phone call. The person who came was friendly, helpful and took just about 15 minutes to spray the nest and rid the garden of the wasps.
It couldn't have been done any better - with those I spoke to on the phone and the worker who came to sort it out all being helpful, supportive and getting it done. The price was reasonable too. Thank you.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Job was completed to an even higher standard than expected. The guys worked an additional hour to make sure everything was done properly. They worked so hard and were so friendly and cooperative. Will definitely be using them for any further jobs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
