I pretty much knew what I wanted so didn't need to navigate the site much but the process of buying the item was very quick and efficient. The delivery experience was even better. I ticked the 3 day option but they arrived the next morning and I was texted a one hour time slot and even given the name of the driver!
One thing for the site manager to note is that the picture of the cricket boots I ordered showed green detailing but the ones that arrived had blue detailing. For me this wasn't an issue but either use a colour option drop down box or have the correct picture on the site.

Would recommend to anyone great range of products swift transations and fast reasonable priced delivery boyfriend loved his gift.

I can't really expand on what I put in the one sentence. I would recommend this company to anyone. Overall really satisfied with what I got and will be using this company again.

Very agressive business owner who does not know how to talk to customers. Very rude. Not working within the laws of the business with incorrect refund rules. They will be reported to Trading Standards as regards to there policies. I had bought a bat 2 days ago to ask for a refund as my son didnt like the bat. The bat being un-used and delcined a refund and turned aggressive as soon as i asked for a refund.

When I ordered options for delivery came through straight away, all of which suit my needs! Options such as deliver to neighbour or get delivered on wed, thurs! Very good service!!

Good service and fast delevary but you need to give exactly delivary cost for your itemes specially for international customers they have not idea about the delivary cost.

I have used VKS for over 25 years and recently came back to them to organise the corporate club cricket kit. The kt is fantastic quaility and value. I am still using my VKS kit that I purchased 15 years aog and it is still going strong!

Purchased a pair of SS batting gloves. Easy to order online via website. Order turned up on time two days later, exactly what I ordered, no fuss or drama.
