Avoid at all costs. I ordered the £5 trial box. I still have not received this and £19.90 has been deducted from my card. There is no contact details, other than an email address which they do not respond to and social media details again they do not respond to. Additionally, they do not allow you to opt out the subscription service which I did not sign up to in the first place. Horrendous company. Do not use.

Furious at unauthorised payments and poor value
Furious! I ordered a £5 trial box without subscription to see what the boxes were like. The £5 box was cancelled and Vivacats have taken £19.99 for a subscription I did not authorise a few days later. I have emailed them with no response several times and when I was origianlly notified my £5 box was cancelled I opted for a refund and stated that they were to make sure no future payments were taken as I had not given permision for a subscription and had since found out they had form for frauding customers like this. I recieved the £19.99 box today and it is shameful; one cheap toy and a couple of packets of little biscuits. I am disgusted with the actions and service of this company and have contacte dmy bank regarding this. Please beware and do not let them do this to you too. I stil await contact from them and a refund.
An exciting box with a mix of toys
An exciting box with a mix of toys, treats and accessoriess. Unfortunately my cat doesn't like catnip and the box had two items, so a little disappointed with that but otherwise my cat loved the rest.

Please do not sign up to this company. Their website states there is no commitment and you can cancel at any time. I joined on 14/02/20, they have taken 2 payments and supplied nothing. I have advised no less than 8 times I wish to cancel and in return you get a reply saying your goods MAY come. This is not good enough and surely a breach of trading standards. Save your money and buy from a more reputable company. The lack of customer service is appalling
You dont recieve your items then get called a liar!
This is a total waste of money - I have been charged for boxes but received none of them. After the initial apology email that claimed all boxes were lost in February, I just received the same loop of 2 or 3 responses that were obviously just generic and sent to the masses. I have asked to speak to someone on the phone with no response and to speak to a manager - also ignored.
I have asked for my money several times and each time I have been ignored and have had the same generic email sent to me.
However, yesterday when I explained that I would be contacting Trading Standards, I was told by Vivacats that I would just have to ait for my boxes.
Today I received an email that said that they have updated their tracking and they believe that I have actually received my boxes! It has got to the point of it being ridiculous now and they are actually claiming that I am lying.
I will be contacting my bank to try and get my money back.

Purrrfection
I have had a Vivacats subscription box for over 10 months now, and i can promise you this company puts a lot of love and care into whats inside their boxes, toys, food, treats and monthly "whats in your box" brochure. My cats have never turned their noses up at the goodies, and especially love the straw filled cardboard boxes they come in!
Cannot fault the customer service, monthly subscription or cost. All goes towards a great cause. Purrfect in every way.

Do not be tempted
I was tempted to try Vivacats after seeing one of their offers on Facebook. Unfortunately I thought the products were not worth the money, and were inappropriate for my cats.
After contacting them on the 25th to cancel they replied that they would cancel and no further payments would be taken. Checking my bank account on the 3rd I found that they had taken more money. The method of payment is Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) and the only ways to stop payment is either getting the company to cancel the payment (which they clearly aren't too keen on doing) , or getting your bank to block the payments, which I had to do. All in all a whole lot of hassle for some cheap cat toys and inedible treats.
Update: they've contacted me and told me that I was charged the extra month due to a computer error and have now refunded me.

Is this even a real company? I have emailed on numerous occasions to bo avail. Nobody answers any questions and they dont state anything clearly on the website. I thought this was a one off box and then was told I was in it for 12 months! No option on website to cancel! Avoid this company.

Neither of my cats like ANYTHING from the test box. CATCH is, you get the test box AFTER the date you have to cancel the second, significantly more expensive, box. They will not then cancel the subscription, even though the next box is is nearly a month away ( so no admin, delivery, processing costs for yet incurred). Given that my cats did not like anything in the test box, just spent £25 on rubbish! Go to a shop and pick the things your cats like, it's much cheaper!
Even more shocking vibacats then tried to get this post removed as they disputed I was a real customer! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They don't want to solve anything just shut you up.

First of all, I had no idea my cats liked a whole other food as much too. Now they get to try different things without messing with their general diet.
Second of all, really well packed and steady delivery, everytime.
I'm really happy because my cats are A LOT happier and less aggressive and with better moods generally.
I get some food that they dont like ( like coockies) and I inform them that the cats didnt like it, and they update my next basket.
If you love your cats, you need this.
