I'm editing my review as after a month of emails back and forth I've had a resolution.
Like many before me, I signed up for the trial box, and they then took payment for the next box before the first was even sent! When asking them to cancel they throw T&Cs at me.
Eventually, they admitted my 'trial box' was never sent and refunded me for this. After further arguing they agreed to refund the difference for the second box so I only paid the trial price...a horrible experience to get to a fair resolution.
Be clear here, if you sign up for the trial you are actually signing up to pay for the second box by default. They will then argue the T&Cs are clear. You can't receive the trial box without paying for the second one, they always take payment for the next month around the time they ship the current one. The only way around this is to request to cancel as soon as you sign up, what honest customer would ever do that?!

They keep taking your money and get you into further subscriptions. The customer services don’t give a s***.
I have had to instruct my bank to block them from taking any more money.

The absolute WORST customer services I have every experienced! I have EXPLICITLY cancelled, in writing multiple times but they are still hassling me!!!
This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my subscription MONTHS ago - maybe even a year ago. All of a sudden they've started trying to charge my card again, for a subscription I have cancelled MULTIPLE times now, and their ONLY response to me has been that I did not reply to ONE of their emails confirming I'd like to cancel. This is despite at least half a dozen emails from me now EXPRESSLY STATING I NO LONGER WISH TO HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION. FOR MONTHS.

Only 1 star as can't give 0! I ordered from them almost 2 years ago, got a few boxes, which in themselves were good, however my cat was uninterested. I I tried to cancel and have nothing but problems. I even had to close my bank account! Fast forward to over a year later I have started getting emails that they are trying to charge a closed account, yes they were informed the account is closed! Honestly if you are looking for something for your cats look else where, customer services is awful they have a script and will not move from it, responds don't match with your complaints or questions.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was trying to cancel for months! I paid an extra 11 months after my cat died and they still wouldn’t cancel it. I blocked it on my bank card and now 5 months after my last box and payment they are trying to take money again. Disgusting customer service. Disgusting con company.
What a mess.
The first few boxes I had I absolutely loved. Then I started getting some duplicate items which I found annoying but there were new items which my boy loved. Then I received a completely duplicate box. However this came to a swift stop when my card details got changed and NO ONE got in contact with me about hem not being able to take payment. 3 months go by and finally it gets sorted through me contacting them.... or so I thought. I am promised an extra toy in my box for my boy and I eagerly awaited for my next box to arrive. They have now taken 2 more payments and not a single box had arrived. I have contacted Then several times and no one responds. I will cancel my direct debit and charge back my account for items not received and when someone can sort this mess out I might just finish my subscription.

First box I received one edible item was out of date. Then second and third box items was identical and on the website it says box content is different every time. Service is absolutely ridiculous, you can email then, you can try messaging them through live chat - no response. Can't wait for my 6 month subscription to end and move on to a better supplier..

They will take your money well after the subscription is cancelled. They will ignore your messages about this. Also, the boxes are overpriced rubbish. Scam artists.
SCAM
This company has billed 3 boxes without my consent after I had cancelled my subscription. They even went so far as to confirm by email that my subscription had been canceled and continued making me pay. I urge you to consider looking for a better company for this kind of service. Aside from this, the products you receive are under the price you pay. Please save yourself the headache.

Extremely poor quality products, essentially just a box of overpriced crap! Really disappointing and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Subscription cancelled immediately after receiving the first box.

Parasites - please do not sign up
Parasites. Signed up for a trial, goods in the box were like something from poundland. Actually, poundland have better quality. The Christmas box, which to note was sent after Christmas, included a strange power with Spanish writing and something that resembles a sample of cat litter, also in Spanish. The worst part, cancelling is impossible. They will attempt to take money twice a day, every day. You email and get no response. I followed the trial offer and cancelled as per terms to be ignored. Sign up at your own risk and regret it!

Pay £19.99 per month for this box
Pay £19.99 per month for this box. Not worth it. First box was great then went down hill. Complained and got a couple of extra toys and now gone back down hill again. Worked out cost of last box we reckon it would cost about £12 to buy the items we got from a pet shop. Milk shake thing they sent made cat sick. Have emailed them twice now to cancel my subscription and have not received any reply. All in all a load of rubbish, go and spen £20 each month at a pet store for treats for your cat.
