My 3 cats love they box and always dive in to see what's in it

Vivacats have such a great selection of items, but some of the food my cats don't like them so have to throw them away

I have tried to cancel this for months. It is expensive and my cats dont like it

Although this company do send some great products, I found their stance on stopping the boxes once I had informed them my cat had passed away to be very un-flexible. They refused to cancel unless I paid them money to cancel my boxes as when I signed up I'd got them at a 'discounted rate'. I have never experienced this kind of refusal to cancel a subscription before. I have also noticed a few repeated products in recent boxes.

My cats love getting their subscription box every month. They have loved the treats and playing with the toys!

Terrible missed items and always the same. When you try to end it you cant as it's a contract NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Consistently high quality products and prompt delivery. My cats love the box (and it's contents, but mostly the box!!) and we all look forward to it!

Brilliant service with fantastic quick customer service!

I ordered the cheap trial box and wasnt impressed (one toy and 4 weird food items). I'd be surprised if the contents cost the £6 I paid for the box, nevermind the £20 normal cost.

They dont tell you that ordering the trial starts a six month subscription. You only find out you've subscribed to anything when they charge you for a second box and you email to cancel.

I emailed the address on the English website. They replied in French with a complicated reply about charging you more because subscriber subscribers are cheaper than monthly ones (even though I've paid the monthly price!). I assume they emailed in French to make it more difficult to cancel. Luckily I speak french and wrote back to them in it. I've not heard anything since (4 days later).

Scam. I'm reporting it to my bank as I've never dealt with such a disgusting company.

Edit: this review has been up since June. They flagged it now almost three months later as 'not a genuine purchase' needing email evidence to prove I'm not lying. Clearly this company is waiting until your typical person would have deleted email receipts etc so they can claim any negative reviews aren't real. Luckily I did have the proof and have sent it to TrustPilot.

My cats love these boxes. A good selection of treats, toys and foods. Good value for money.

Biggest waste of money in history

The boxes are not filled with anything that you couldn’t spend less than a 1/5 of the price in a pound shop.

Stuff isn’t of good quality and it’s a contract they do NOT tell you about or leave. I had to go through the bank to have all future payments stopped.

Edit: seeing as I can’t leave another review. They are sending me emails again a year later to take payment. I had to edit my original review because Vivacat said it was Defamatory and reported it to trust pilot as I said it was a scam. Does this not scream scam to you?

Disgusting service! I ordered a £5 trial box which never came and they have since took 2 full payments put of my account and I still have no product! There is no phone number to speak to anyone and no one answers emails or messages on facebook!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Rip off merchants!!! 😡 Oddly contacted me after this review and gave me a full refund. Personally I would have sent a good will gesture after all the trouble it caused me but I at Ieast got my money back.

This is a great way to explore new items of toys and food for the cat. Every time the box arrives my cat knows it's for him and before I can even get the toy off the packaging he's playing with it. So keep up the good work on ensuring that there will always be something inside of interest for him.

Honestly it's been hard work with this company from start to finish. You can't cancel so don't think you'll order one to try and then cancel after because it won't happen like that. You'll be made to pay extra fees and they sneak an extra box payment out your account for a box you don't want.
Headache company.
