Great service but...
This website provides great customer service and super fast shipping... however unfortunately the sunglasses they sell are fakes. I purchased a pair of Quay Australia sunnies exactly the same as a pair I’d previously bought directly from the company. It’s very obvious that the second pair are rip offs when you’re comparing them side by side. Pretty disappointed.
Update: The company refunded my order after agreeing that the sunglasses I received were not the same as my original pair from Quay.

Here’s the explanation we received from the Quay suppliers distribution team,
“The Oxford glasses which you purchased were from February 2018, these are the older model which have since been updated by the Quay Australia design team, hence the difference in the makeup of the frames and the case itself. We can assure you that the glasses distributed to you are not counterfeit. I am happy to speak with your customer and explain this to her further. Should you have any questions or need any support we are happy to assist you. ”

All our products come straight from the supplier Quay and their authenticity is 100% guaranteed - strange that their product differs now to how it previously was but we'd love to know more so we can get to the bottom of this. We tried calling and will follow up via email directly to ensure your satisfaction.
