The monthly rip very quickly and now I have a scratched eyeball because one ripped

I used Eyebou to re-lens a new pair of opticals I bought at another online retailer.
(Eyebou > menu > Eyeglasses > Relens)

I'm blown away by the experience:
I post the glasses on Monday and on Tuesday I had a phone call from Eyebou to let me know they were already working on the re-lens.
It's now Thursday and my glasses have already been returned and they are PERFECT.

I was kind of dubious because the price point was much cheaper than another company I was considering that I had used in the past....but Eyebou was cheaper, faster and the quality, care and attention they put into the process (keeping me updated the whole way) was just...really incredible.

Amazing product! I have been wearing contacts for years!!! and never felt so comfortable.

I've been wearing contact lenses for 12 years and the vitamin lenses are the comfiest I've tried. Last all day and no dry eyes!

I had a great experience buying from Eyebou and actually met some of their team which was diverse and warm and to top it off the products were great.

I ordered a trial box of lenses. They felt ok at first but then after a few hours of wear they were making my eyes pink. So I stopped wearing them for a day or two and then put them back in. My eyes began to hurt badly. I have an eye infection now. These lenses caused an infection and I am now spending hundreds of dollars in eye care costs.

These are the best contacts I've ever worn! I feel like my eyes are completely bare. My eyes can breath and they last all day. I was using another service before and getting ripped off so I'm really happy that I found this company. It was quick and easy to order my contacts online and that's always nice I'm thinking of trying the color ones next.

I love my infused vitamin contacts so much that I just order colored contacts! I started using them on long winter hikes and my eyes never once dried out, it felt refresh! It was Awesome! So I had to try another product of theirs! Can’t wait to get them! Please try them you, your eyes will love you!

I had an issue with Eyebou last month where I could not get hold of their customer service for almost a month. It turns out my correspondence was going to their spam inbox.

In any case, once I managed to speak to the team, they were excellent. Mo in particular was very diligent with my issue and promptly followed up with updates. I really appreciate his support.

Eyebou's product is superior to others I've tried, so I am glad their customer service is on par as well. I will be coming back to Eyebou for more lenses. Thank you.

My sensitive eyes love how thin these are — I don’t feel them throughout the day and my eyes aren’t irritated when I take them out at night (as with the others I’ve tried). Customer care is prompt despite several hours’ time difference. And there’s more solution in the package than other lenses I’ve used, which makes putting them in my dry eyes much easier!

I was actually browsing the site for a pair of glasses but then I saw that I could book to see an optometrist virtually, so I thought why not since I was overdue for a check up. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’ve never done anything like this over a video call but I’m glad I gave it a try. Turns out the conditions of my eyes are a little worse than I thought! I was pleasantly surprised with what I got from the experience and it worked pretty seamlessly. I also got credit back from the consultation so I guess I’ll be using those on a new pair of glasses anyway.

I have nothing good to say because I never received my contacts after I received a email saying they were on the way then one telling me the out of stock they will send in two weeks two months later now then they try and charge my card monthly fees have not got the first contacts nor a refund for them and still charging me and customer service yeah right RIP OFF

I had the trial pack, and what I loved about them was that they were so easy to open, my last lenses were quite difficult and the solution would go everywhere and sometimes with the lenses too, plus they are very comfortable, I wore them on my nightshift at work, and they were not uncomfortable at all, actually I forgot I had them in, these are the daily ones, good customer service too, in replying to an email! Thank you eyebou 😀

i just got the daily vitamin contacts, with the trial, in the mail. took a bit but expected as holidays and covid etc. so far they are very comfy! I really debated about the vitamin solution they were contained in but I am really glad I tried the vitamin ones as I didn't have dry eyes all day and I did wear them over 10 hours some days!

These are the BEST contacts I have worn in 15 years. They stay moist , I forget that I have them in my eyes . I have worn contacts a long time and tried many brands , I wish I had found these a long time ago.

I've had issues with meny brands of contacts. I have a astigmatism, and finding a brand that didn't dry my eyes out or float around / or irritate was impossible.. So once I got these in the mail I tried them.. Omg I loved them!! All day wear and no problems.. No dry eyes no moving around no irritation at all .. Highly recommend them.😊

Really good customer service, very quick to answer any questions, and the most comportable lenses I've ever tried. After trying a lot of brands I can tell when I'm wearing and putting eyebou lenses in.

having worn contacts for over ten years but never really getting on with my prescription ones and the price being something I can no longer afford, i thought I'd try out a few different ones! these ones, specifically the vitamin lenses, are by far the best ones.
I normally only get around 6-8 hours of use before my eyes are hurting or starting to feel uncomfortable but these were in morning til night without any problem whatsoever.
I will definitely be subscribing to these!
