Placing orders are easy

Placing orders are easy, and delivery is quick.
Had to let customer service know that a packet was missing, when delivery arrived. Package looked as though it had been open.
Customer service, once provided with the order details, were able to confirm that a refund would be issued.
I reordered the missing box, and received it a few days later.

First class service!

I ordered contact lenses and received them within 48 hours.... easy to order, was able to track their journey and brilliant value for money.... Excellent service!

Great service - reliable

I have used this company for my contact lenses for years and don’t plan on changing. Great variety at reasonable prices. Deliver in just a few days so handy if you need something relatively last minute.

Parcel thrown over gate

Only problem is courier driver threw them over gate they had my phone number so could have rang me and I can open gate remotely.ther has been stuff taken from here before.

Great service

Now I know why DE people give “nothing to complain” 5 star reviews. The whole shopping experience is smooth, silent and calm. You pay for your lenses, you get your lenses. You need them fast, they come fast. They’re not lost, overpriced or outdated. No crisis, so no management. If I only had this for every other transaction in life. Thanks.
