Further, while you have shipped quickly your logistics partner (NL apost) dropped the package in a store for pickup with opening hours that made it very difficult to obtain the shipment. It would be much easier I an option to deposit at a 24h parcel box could be selected.

UPDATE
UPDATE: Since my last post, Vision Direct’s "solution" has become an absolute joke. After delivering medical eye drops that expired in January 2026 (which I unfortunately used), their idea of compensation is to send me DISCOUNT CODES.
They are now literally forcing a "buy more" solution on me, offering two different codes for my "next two orders." I have told them repeatedly: I will not spend another Euro with a company that risks my eye health and has zero quality control.
Instead of taking a medical safety breach seriously, they are treating it like a marketing opportunity to get me to buy more. A refund is my legal right not a gift.
I have officially ended communication with their support team and have proceeded with a formal report to the Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd (IGJ) regarding Batch ZP07639.
Avoid this company if you value your safety.

The delivery was fast but package got delivered to a wrong address
The delivery was fast but package was delivered to a different address. Feels like a delivery person didn’t bother at all and just left it at a first nearby house in the street. Thus, I couldn’t access my package easily and it had to be delivered to me again to a pick-up point. Thus, it would be very useful to have the option to choose the delivery method beforehand so this kind of situation would not happen.

20 days waiting for a refund because of their web issues
This feels like a scam, because their own support team told me to request a refund due to a website error, ignored that request, and then created an order a day later without my approval. I was charged during checkout, got an error saying no order was processed, and support told me not to reorder and to email for a refund. I did, and instead of replying, they suddenly processed an order. When I asked again for a refund (before the goods had been sent out), they said it couldn’t be cancelled and that I’d have to return the goods first. It’s now been 20 days and I still don’t have my money.
