Extremely frustrating experience!

Extremely frustrating experience!! My order was delayed, which i received an email about. Then I received an email that it was delivered but I never received anything. Only to call and have them tell me that the package was never shipped because one box was not in stock. Yet there was no information about the box being out of stock when I ordered!! The package ended up being delivered almost 2 months after the order date. I constantly received emails about the deliver date being changed, but when I called the person said to ignore all of the emails because they are just automatic. The only redeeming factor was that the package did fit in my mailbox. Would not recommend if you need you contacts within the next month... I had to order from another company to ensure that I could see, which should've never been necessary!! Poor communication overall, I should've never had to call three times to get correct information on my order.

I never received purchase, nor refund

I never received purchase, did not get a reply from assistance e-mail to numerous communication and did not get a refund (leaving comment after 4 months since I had to receive it) So I am staying away from this company and would not recommend it even to my enemy.
