misleading communication from the customer support team

I am extremely disappointed with my experience, mainly due to misleading communication from the customer support team.
I received a discount voucher that included free delivery, but when I tried to use it on the website, the field to enter the code was completely missing. I contacted support via chat, shared screenshots as proof, and was advised to go ahead and place the order and then request reimbursement afterward by email, attaching the evidence.
However, after following these instructions, my reimbursement request was denied via email, stating that such adjustments are not possible after order validation.
This is very frustrating, as I was clearly misled into placing the order under false expectations. It also highlights a lack of coordination between the customer support channels, which resulted in an unfair outcome for me as a customer.
Overall, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in their service.

Weird Delivery Situation

After ordering, a few days passed and there were no notifications that my order was on its way. I had to contact customer service, because it is supposed to be next day delivery. I was told by the live chat that my shipping address was invalid and so they would cancel the order. Ok. Whatever. Then later, about a week, I received the order. I don't understand why this happened. But, I wont order again because there are other companies with smoother procedures.

Vision Direct cost you more (just you, not others) if you are a routine customer.

I have noticed that after I have ordered from Vision Direct a few times, they secretly increased the cost for my routine order, but this increase is only applicable to me. In other words, a routine customer is paying more than other people.

I found this out today; I need to pay ~4 euro (10-15%) per box higher compared to everyone else. I have taken a screenshot of these two costs, side by side, obtained at the same time. This is without any first time user coupons.

You can also check by logging in to your account and getting the total cost. Then, under the incognito mode, Google your product, and enter the website via Google search to see the cost for anyone else.

I feel tricked that a shop takes advantage of loyal customers. Knowing this kind of game, I no longer feel comfortable doing business with them and have switched supplier.

All great except for delivery

All great except for delivery. DPD is by far the worst courier to use, delivery is always very unclear and they always fail to deliver on the promised date without clear reason. Please change this and the experience would be 5 stars!
