Their site is easy to navigate and ordering is straightforward.
Delivery times stated are sometimes optimistic, but the service is quick enough.

Products arrived damaged

Products arrived damaged

All 5 items in my package were damaged on arrival, not so badly that I can't use them, but I reported this to Alensa immediately and they haven't bothered to contact me back even after 48-72 hours. No doubt the package wasn't treated well in transit, but the items weren't protected in the original package. And now they've sent me 2 requests for a review of their service, so I'm telling it like it is.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, always ordering the same brand of contact lenses. This time, I selected a variant with slightly more near-vision support — still within the same trusted brand I’ve used for ages. Unfortunately, the lenses I received gave me blurry vision and were completely unusable.

When I reached out, my complaint was dismissed with the assumption that I had switched brands or made a mistake. As a licensed optician, I know exactly what I’m doing when it comes to lens selection. Being told otherwise felt condescending and disrespectful.

Instead of listening and offering a solution, I was met with a defensive response and zero customer care. No refund, no goodwill gesture, not even a discount code for a future order. Apparently, loyalty means nothing here.

I always strive to offer real service and understanding to my own clients — something I expected in return. Sadly, this experience left me feeling unheard, undervalued, and extremely disappointed.

After checking your order, we found that you selected spheric lenses instead of your usual toric lenses (what is also recommended in your prescription). This difference can cause blurry vision, which is why any change in lens type should always be tested with an optician first as they can provide you with test lenses

Since the lenses were supplied as ordered, we couldn’t offer a refund, but we’d be happy to help you verify your next order to ensure everything matches your usual prescription.

Appalling company!

Appalling company!
Spent €118 on a pair of prescription glasses for my husband but they were so bad he couldn’t wear them they made his vision blurred! They were also extremely cheap plastic !
I have sent them back but they will only refund the frame which was really cheap! They won’t refund the lenses even though they were clearly wrong! I am therefore €100 out of pocket and my husband has no glasses!
I see that as theft! They’ve taken my money and I’ve nothing to show for it!
A very angry customer!

We apologize for this situation. However, we would like to inform you that, in accordance with our conditions of sale, if the customer acquires vision glasses supplied with a prescription and there are errors in the parameters on their side, we accept the return of the glasses.

But, we offer two solutions: either we can remake the lenses free of charge, provided the customer has a valid prescription, or we can refund the amount of the frame only, because the lenses have been manufactured in accordance with the parameters provided at the time of purchase.

We have manufactured your glasses according to your parameters.

We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal for any further information.

When I ordered it said 24h delivery. It’s been 8 days. I sent multiple emails. The only reply I received said „they would check with their shipping partner“. Then nothing.
I asked for a refund now - also no reply
