I have always had excellent service from your company.
However I cannot say the same for your courier.He made no attempt to deliver, only put a card in the letterbox. After calling the company we were told they would not let us know when they were going to deliver. Eventually they agreed to call us, which is necessary as we have a dog on the property.

Everything sent bar one item. I rang the customer service team the day I received the package to notify them what was missing. They sent a replacement and I had it within a few days. Great customer service.

Delivery was a bit slow this time. Also we were expecting 2 cartons in one delivery but it took 2-3 days for both cartons to arrive...maybe courier busy

We have bought our wine from Vineonline for quite a few years. Very few problems in that time. However, your new website is a bit complicated (for the elderly), your previous version was easy to follow. Now that the cleanskin wines have gone up in price they have passed the $100 mark and out of our guzzling price range. I will watch for free delivery as that brings the cost down a bit. Best wishes. Was disappointed in this box
Was disappointed in this box. 6x Shiraz and 6 pinot gris, all Australian. Would prefer to see a mixture of NZ white and a mixture of Australian reds in box in future and no corked varieties. However wine we have received over time have always been palatable so thankyou.
