So impressed with the customer service. Delivery was very fast, surpassed my expectations. Haven't tried the wine yet, but I am sure it will be delicious. Thanks Again.

Very poor service and lack of communication when my wine order never made it to its destination, due to being damaged! No offer of compensation, quite frankly appalling customer service. It’s been 2 weeks and my order has still not been delivered!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Made an order on 2/12/24, after 10 working days, still have not receive my parcel and I am based in Wellington. Lack of communication, I will have to email and call them for an update. Did not receive my tracking number for my first parcel that they claimed was "delivered" but got damaged. Needed the parcel as Christmas present for boss who has now finished work for the year. This is so disappointing. Do yourself a favour, read others review before purchased, buy at your own risk.
Update: Delivery did not make it because they have now 2 bottles "out of stock", was offered bottles of higher value when I called them on 23/12, but will not make it before Christmas. No communication before that. Wonder why they haven't offer me that earlier and get the delivery going? Asked for a full refund. Real disappointed and shocked with the service. What a joke.
Update: Was promised a full refund and still have not received. This is turning into a nightmare.

I always enjoy your service and your professional advice on choices. The variety of products is always a pleasure and the delivery has never let me down.
After 1 month I have received only part of my order. After me chasing up via several emails I have had 3 separate deliveries of parts of the order with no explanation at all about why the order was still not delivered complete. No communication that has not been instigated by me. Poor delivery tracking. I still have wine I did not order and no indication I will ever receive what I did order. This company has no business being in wine delivery IMO. Lesson learned. Never again.
STupdily made a second order before the first one was delivered. I'm still waiting on the first one, over a week later, I live in Christchurch, I understand that's the South Island but seriously, if my cat food can come from Hastings in 3 days, why cant my wine arrive in a week. the lack of communication is astounding, apart from telling you when you have paid nothing! I got no tracking email, nothing. I wonder if either of my orders will ever turn up, given some of the other reviews, I expect little if any effort to actually deliver it and this shift worker will spend ages chasing it up. Very disappointing. Expensive lesson to learn
I ordered on 10 February two boxes of RTDs. These arrived and one was wrong. I emailed using the "contact" section on the website 14 February. 26 February I had heard nothing, so I called and spoke to a very frazzled women who apologised and couldn't find my email anywhere. She said she would ship my correct product, send me a courier ticket to send the wrong product back and give me a discount on my next order but that I would need to drop the wrong product at a store in town as I am rural. I waited and didn't hear about next steps until I got an email from someone 4 March saying that they understood I "wanted to return wine" which isn't correct. The email included a return form, and instructions on how to return my incorrect product indicating if I didn't have a courier ticket that was okay and the courier would know what to do. And I waited for my correct product to arrive. Between 4 March and 11 March there were several emails to indicate I had not received the correct item yet and was still waiting. This was not sent until 13 March and a 10% discount given for compensation for waiting over a month for the correct item and needing to drive 15 min into town to drop off the wrong one. 15 March when the correct item arrived I emailed again to indicate my frustration with having to return a $24 product, having wasted my time and energy getting this far and all for 10% I will NEVER use and will be encouraging others to avoid this business. I havent received a reply to this email. 20 March I was able to drop the incorrect item into the shop in town that was given to me. I did so with no courier ticket as I never received one and was told the courier would know what to do. 21 March the courier called me to ask about the item not having a ticket and I explained this was what I was told to do. They told me they would sort this with vineonlone. Less than 3 hours later an email arrived with a courier ticket that said it would be picked up FROM MY HOUSE. Saving me a trip into town. This was obviously only instigated by the courier calling them. I will not be purchasing again, and will be telling anyone who will listen how it took me a month and a half to solve a $24 problem. Wish I had never told them my order was wrong and just kept the wrong item it would have been easier than performing unpaid work for them. Disgusting.

on time and easy. My only comment for the Platinum wine was I didn't know what wine I was receiving from the comm's I received. Unless I missed something.

I was informed of the order and what I was getting well in advance. I was told when it was dispatched so I knew to expect it.

Good quality and variety of wines, many of which are not seen in the region, delivered to your property at competitive pricing.

Easy to order online, would have been helpful to have more info on wine in mixed boxes.

Great service and excellent product at competitive prices

There is nothing wrong with the product or delivery system. What rankles is that is an automatically generated subscription order and for some reason it was generated twice. that then took some administration to get one order cancelled and refunded. Now I see the same has happened with this review request, generated twice. There is a gremlin in the system and I am getting peeved.
