We ordered 2 dozen of wine, one arrived one day and the 2nd the next day. We would appreciate the whole order arriving together to stop wasting our time having to phone to find out where the 2nd box is!

All parts of ordering were fine, until I tried to use a given credit and just couldn't load it. Frustrating when you are at the end of the purchase process and the promo code isn't accepted, considering that a discount was the incentive to place order in the first place.

The wine we rec'd was not correct. The wine in our finalist of the year, was a different Riddoch to what showed up, and we prefer the Black label Elgins Crossing that was a finalist, to the white label Eliza King that was sent to us

Despite cancelling a wine order
Despite cancelling a wine order, our Visa account was debited and it several phone calls and emails to get it sorted out. This is the third time it has happened and have now unsubscribed.
