if i could give 100 stars i would. this is the best company for shipping to the US and they deal with all the customs and imports for you and if there are any problems they take care of you i have ordered 15 packages so far some even being 9kg aka 18lb. so just order them use code snubie10 for an extra discount

Still have not received my shipment

Still have not received my shipment, clearly they are not covering tariffs and/or proving to FedEx they are in compliance.

Please respond to emails re refunds and claim and amounts

Thank you for replying to the first note. Wrote another email as you requested. As you are not following up with the emails, sending a message here as the claims and refunds must be taken seriously, and we should be notified. It isn't a change.

Customer service is everything, or as important as the quality f the products and variety. Second email sent after sending many with no response. Unacceptable.

The snuss arrived, I had to wait 2 weeks more because you made a mistake with a delivery.

Your products and service is great

Your products and service is great. It's just that the FDA sucks and holds my shipments and sometimes I don't get it at all. They say it has something to do with the labeling. I get my shipments only 50% of the time. If there's something you guys can do to make it easier once it gets to the FDA that would be great

FDA issues site and email down

I have ordered multiple times from snusme each time it got stuck in customs. They said it was the fda’s issues that they sent all the correct paperwork. I accepted it because I like the product. This time I ordered on April 3rd and now the middle of May it’s still stuck in customs a $378 order. Now their website and email is down. Not sure if the fda shut down access for Americans or what is going on. Out the money and have to find a new product I guess

Site disappeared

I ordered on the website 4 days ago with no follow up on the order status, the website is down,emails sent to info and support emails got me a email failure response because the snusme domain couldn't be found.

They double charged me $100

They double charged me $100 and even though I sent an email to their support that same day. They refused to assist with anything at all and the. Stopped replying to my email. This is an absolute scam of a company and your money is better off literally anywhere else.

Great product and fast shipping.

Had used smokeless tobacco products for over 50 years. Recently switched to ZYN pouches and am extremely happy that I did. This company has flavors that are not sold in the USA . Shipping was very fast and product arrived in perfect condition.

US Buyers Beware - good follow up from Snusme

I ordered product that was offered for sale. It was held in Memphis at fed ex for clearance and then FDA inspection. FDA sent a letter listing products that weren’t approved. Today nearly 3 months later and over $100 I was advised it was seized. When I wrote to Snusme throughout the process they assured me they sent everything they needed to customs and to contact Fed Ex. Basically the message was you’re out of luck. Beware that you risk losing the shipment you paid for.

Update 5/8- Snusme reached out and took care of the matter. Good follow up and customer service.

Great product selection and everything arrived as advertised. I took advantage of the three offers for $.99 that were offered at checkout. Had a small delay with customs in Memphis, but that was not the sellers fault. Everything cleared and I received all of my order. Thanks!
