FRAUD/SCAM SERVICE

I highly advise everyone to stay away from Vignette Express (Netgo Sp. z o.o.). I purchased a 7-day Bulgarian vignette on August 3, 2026. My payment was completed and confirmed at 18:00.
However, this company failed to process my order instantly. They delayed activating my vignette in the official Bulgarian system until 19:20! Because of their unacceptable 1 hour and 20-minute delay, the BG Toll cameras recorded my vehicle at 19:00 as "driving without a valid vignette."
When I reached the border exit the next day, the authorities stopped me and forced me to pay a 46.50 EUR (90.95 BGN) compensatory penalty fee because of this company's incompetence.
To make matters worse, I realized I paid 26 EUR to Vignette Express for a 7-day vignette that officially costs only 10 EUR on the Bulgarian government's website. They take a massive commission for a service they cannot even deliver on time.
