They blocked €7,500 that i got from youtube. They didn’t give me an explanation why they blocked 7.5k euros. I have contacted them so many times they either don’t respond or they say we can’t reactivate your account. So there you go they locked my account with a lot of money, €7,530 to be exact. I’m so frustrated these were the money i earned from youtube since 2020. !!do not open a viabuy account!!

This is a scam...stay away. They sent me the card and then after 100's of mails and verification attempts which were all correct but they rejected they then sent me a bill for €89 for a card I dont have !!

Very bad customer service.
I never completed my subscription but still needed to pay almost €90. When I contacted Viabuy they said I was too late with canceling the subscription even though I never completed it. After I paid (because if I didn't I would get a fine) I tried to get everything sorted as fast as possible. Viabuy does things "differently". I only get 1 reply each day even if I reacted 2 minutes after and not only that, they asked me all different kind of stuff. Now I do get that they need as much as information as possible, but you at least must know that if you asked me the information of all things you need to know I would be glad to give it all in one reply and everything would be sorted. No, I've gotten more than 7 emails towards and back and still I'm not done canceling.

The cards are easy to use.
Not a very transparent company
If they send you a card they start deducting money from day one whether you use it or not.
Even having paid an invoice, I get another one.
They also managed to get the wrong address on the invoice they sent to their debt collectors, PAIR Finance.
Note that all invoices are for the same year.
Apparently this is from one bank statement.

I never had a viabuy card and they are telling me I have 155€ to pay them from 2015. I cannot contact them because they request a card number THAT I DONT HAVE!
They offered me to forget that value if I open an account with 100€ but the stupid think is that they don’t even have a way for me to talk to them!
Because of this I will just ignore them and will do nothing!
I could have a card from them without a problem but in this case, it’s just worthless because I cannot contact them!
Go ahead and prove I have done a card with you!

Beware of Viabuy's Hidden Fees and Dubious Reclaim Attempts
My experience with Viabuy began back in 2014 when I ordered one of their cards. Upon discovering a hidden activation fee embedded within their Terms of Service – a detail that may or may not still hold true today – I promptly decided to return the card and requested a cancellation. This was carried out within the mandated 14-day window, via registered mail.
Nearly a decade passed without a whisper from them, so imagine my surprise when I received an email today demanding payment of nearly 180 EUR in supposed 'old account' fees. They did, however, dangle a dubious carrot in front of me – they would kindly waive these fees if I register a new account, verify my identity, deposit 100 EUR, and then send an acceptance email to offer at viabuy.com.
It's quite an audacious tactic, especially considering their claim to reserve the right to extract the amount via their so-called 'charger partner'. Intriguingly, they sent this email from an unresponsive address, noreply at viabuy.com, effectively quelling any attempt at negotiation or clarification.
Moreover, in their rush to rope me back into their customer pool, they neglected to provide any pertinent details such as how or where I should transfer the alleged outstanding amount. They seem to forget that I have undeniable proof of cancellation. Moreover, the significant time lapse since the account was supposedly active negates their right to recover any funds, even if I hadn't formally canceled at the time.
Regardless, I see no reason to waste my time responding to such a poorly executed attempt to revive a long-settled account.
This incident compels me to issue a strong warning to potential customers about Viabuy's tactics, which appear to be nothing short of a scam. Please tread with caution when considering this service.
