I would like to know how you get this…Viabuy, PLEASE respond

I would like to know how you get this company to respond to emails or phone calls. All I need to know is how to get statements, which I urgently require, from a closed account. Despite several emails, and loads of phone call attempts, nobody has bothered to respond. The poor customer relation experience was one of the reasons I cancelled my account!

incompetents

Does this company have customer relations or not? I want to change my phone number on the account or deactivate 2Fa because I can't connect or add the card to google pay, what and how do I change that number? I tried in the application but the email doesn't work I managed to change the number, I did not receive the second ticket to change my phone number

Scammer I think this company started since 2011 buy 2013 I apply the card I remember I never use the card and not even activate they still charge me and send me incasso I guess they can do the incasso before not anymore now.never trust this bank
They are more better card now wise or revolut is free.fxxxk you u scam me 200 euro
The people who is working here are the worst is like working with the devil if you are good people And you know the company like viabuy is scammer you give food for your family with the devels money I really hope that you will close forever I'm not the only one you scam and send me incasso I didn't even activate the card.i hope all of you burn in hell

Complete SCAM, SCAM n COSTLY SCAM!!!

Complete SCAM. Pls beware of choosing this card. ONCE they send the card, you will end up paying 100s of Euros without even activating the card. It comes with high first time activation and yearly maintenance charges. Plus you need to pay upfront close to 100 euros to even use this SH%T card. NEVER VIABUY or PAIR Finance or DOCK Financial products.

I recommed Gebührenfrei Mastercard over this anyway. Fair and transparent card. Works only when you activate the card.

Real blog from a real credit card user. This is not marketing blog at all.

Now, they say please get in touch, and all the fees are mentioned. IT IS AGAIN a blanket statement. Even if you do not activate your card, they will activate the card automatically at their back end after one or 2 years, and send you COLLECTION emails from the 4 or 5th year. All those years, you get NO email or bill to claim or dispute. And their customer care or Managers NEVER respond unless you clear the dues. THIS CARD AND THE COMPANY IS COMPLETE SCAMMMM. Period!!! NEVER again VIABUY. Already posted in other groups and discourage as many innocent customers from buying this product.

Kind of scam

Kind of scam. Even you use it without matter now, but one day they will freeze and block your account without any reason. This type of scam to poor poeple around world. Becareful. Imagine that if every year block 10% of accounts. Then 80% of accounts are working to continue scamming. Because not good to block all accounts in one day. But you will regret with this fraud soon.

People out there Please don't take card from this fraud financial institution and take their prepaid credit cards, they are using our money and with the worst costumer service ever, every time you load they will freeze your card and hold your money for days and we all know with all the clients they have even for few days holding their money is gonna be lla big amounts for them to use , remember viabuy is there because of our money we put in there business,

Good morning, well, for starters, I’ll start here, my name is Edgars, I live in Latvia, and my friends invited me to visit Germany, so I ordered a viabuoy card for myself, I paid a fee of 90 euros, which means then three friends sent me an amount each from their German bank money for my journey, well, here the fun started, they blocked my account, started asking for senders' documents, written statements from senders why they send me money, I gave them everything, although if you figure out what right you have to ask for an official document Passport, senders are essentially legal no one can hand over their documents. Well, what do I want to say, because they decided not to unblock my account yet, I didn’t get to my friends on vacation thanks viabay freaks see from the market don’t powder people’s brains about you current bad reviews and give me back the money freaks scammers

I Got scammed by somone pretending to…

I Got scammed by somone pretending to be a supplier, he promised me that he will send my shipment after 50% advance payment which was 1050$.I didn't had account anywhere online so I asked my friend to transfer him(scammer) money from his account. he transferred and wise said payment was being sent on 20th January 2023 and the scammer says he never got the money. The account he got money in is in VIABUY , why do you allow scammers to make their ID's on your platform. If you can help me getting my funds back I will appreciate it. I cant even contact you guys anywhere, there is no support email. I have every document and conversation and bank details of scammer which I can provide you to show that it was a legit scam. it was my savings for my first ever business and now they're gone and I'm completely shocked. Please contact me only if you can help me getting my payment back to my friends account where it came from.

Was very good when I read the reviews…

Was very good when I read the reviews but don’t know exactly what’s happening. My money was been deposited in the account and I tried sending out part and my account was blocked and asking me documents from the sender meanwhile the sender hasn’t said anything bad or reported me to them. Now my daughter is sick and I can’t pay for hospital bills because my money is been held by them
