SCAMMERS!!

SCAMMERS!!! Don’t ever go here. After 5 years of not hearing anything, they forwarded an old case of a cancelled subscription to a collection agency saying I didn’t cancel on time 5 years ago. Are you kidding me??? 176EU they want me to pay for a card I never used. I’ve send an email at that time to cancel and they never canceled. Been working on this case for weeks now but they keep lying and denying, I’m so sick of this company.

Run away from them

Run away from them. You create an account, transfer money and never see it on your account. They start asking additional question but never give you access to your own money!! Already 7 days later annd we anre not talking about big amounts. Only option they leave me is to escalate to the authorities.

Supports scammers.

You can't chargeback money if you get scammed. So Viabuy support the scammers. Had to report to Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier and my lawyer.

Bunch of crooks!

Bunch of crooks!! I had a YouTube account and work from abroad. Opent a bank account and as soon as my salary and YouTube money came in, they blocked everything. Dont let them tell you they have support etc..they don't help you, as you can't reach them and they won't react to any E mail. 11k euro down the drain and I read multiple stories about this company doing this. It has been 4 months now and still they don't reply and I know they will answer here, please contact us bla bla.. you won't hear a thing. Scammers. Stay away..

worst service and app function imaginable

This creditcard is beyond dreadful.
The customer service mainly works by you doing their job for you, was talking to a constanza and she made me send the same documents up to five times replying only after 2-3 days every time.
The app is old and functions wxtremely poorly.
They block cards in no time, meaning it’s useless to use it for travel as it takes 2 weeks with representative Constanza to unblock it.
I told them many times, I want to transfer my money and stop using your service, which stems from the former century apparently.
