Do not do business with this company. You are unable to return the items for a full refund. We cancelled the order prior to it being shipped and the company still shipped the item anyways. Their products are shipped directly from China which means you can't return the items. They offered me a 40% refund because they incurred an import customs tax once I declined delivery of the item. I'm not the only one who has had this experience with this company.

Ordered 6 pair of Christmas pajamas for my kids with a promise of delivery before Christmas.
This has been a family tradition for two generations First time the kids were let down for Christmas.
Reading other reviews I’m more than concerned that VeryVoga could be a tens of thousands of unsuspecting families that will also have disappointed kids.

Worst experience I've ever had ordering online, when I ordered it said I would have it way before Christmas showed up 5 days later, and all the sizes I ordered were way too small am I ordered 10 pair of pajamas, what a waste of time had I known

Same story as below - it shows that it is stuck in FEDEX Smartpost in LA - but the tracking number is too long and not starting with correct letters to be a FEDEX Smartpost number - not to mention that right on the FEDEX Smartpost website, it says it DOES NOT deliver for anyone when the pkg originates outside of the US!

if i could give negative stars i would. i too, ordered more than 2 weeks in advance of christmas and still no delivery. couldnt use the tracking link to track my order, phone number is london and i couldnt get through. sent an email and got automated reply that customer service would get back to me within 24 hours. that was 2 days ago. never again.

Ships directly from China and therefore very long lead time to get your stuff.

I generally don’t care if it comes from China as long as the company is upfront. And the shipping time is clear.

But a Christmas gift taking longer than 2 weeks to deliver and not making it by Christmas is just bad service. Again at least be upfront about it.
Had I known my gift wouldn’t have arrived in time I would have gone somewhere else.

Update: Veryvoga reached out to me via Trustpilot about my review. Too bad they never answered my email directly to their customer support. I emailed them directly 5 days ago, and despite their claim to respond in 24 hours...nothing.
I guess you need to publicly call them out to get a response. They actually responded on Christmas morning, which was too little too late.

Update 2: after receiving the product I’m still disappointed. It’s very low quality for the price paid.
The PJs are not flannel but “flannel look”
The elastic in the waistband is just floating in the fabric, so it twists around and folds over itself. I found I adjusted it so frequently I just stopped wearing them.

EXTREMELY disorganized! I ordered my families pajama set over two weeks ago, hoping that was more than enough time to be here by Christmas. Not only have I not received my package but the company is impossible to get a response from. I thought my packages were coming from UK but in my email it says from china. Not to mention tracking my package says it has already been delivered IT HAS NOT! I do not recommend this site to anyone and am canceling my transaction.

This is Not a Trustworthy Company.... I ordered Family Christmas PJs the week before Thanksgiving and have seen Nothing. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, VeryVoga should Not be allowed on line. My order supposedly was in Ali’s Angela’s and than for some reason it went to Hong Kong for the last 2 weeks

I ordered from VeryVoga 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. Today I just got tracking information but it doesn’t look like a real tracking website.

I just received my order from Very Voga. I actually have no real complaints other than it took a little longer to receive it then what I would have liked. It was almost 3 weeks before I received my order. I ordered 5 pair of matching pajamas for my family for Christmas. They are incredibly adorable and so very comfortable! I think the 3xl for my hubby fits more like a 2xl for a man so I'm not sure his will fit, but that won't keep me from ordering from here again. Everyone elses fits fine!

Don't waste you time, money or energy ordering from this absolute shambles of a company. Ordered over €100 worth of clothes from this website at the start of November, to which on the 27/11 I still have not received said order. I have contact them on numerous occasions to which they still haven't contacted me back. I have been locked out of my account despite knowing the username and password!!!. I have had to raise a dispute with PayPal to try and get a refund.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I previously posted a review of this company's activities in Australia, upon which I received a request - via Trust Pilot - for my order number and other information so that they could help.
That was the last I heard of them.
I am still waiting for refund of the price paid for the item, which I had returned to them. Not holding my breath.

DO NOT order from VeryVoga!! it is the same fraudulent scam company as Luvyle and probably a few more, who has other names but the same scam, with scam Chinese address, that does not exist.
I have seen the very same items on VeryVoga website as I have seen on Luvyle's.
I have already been deceived by Luvyle, I never got my full refund since July 2019! I even sent my items back to China, but after a few months of hastle and emails going back and forth, my itemes are on the way back to me. Very annoying!!!

It's a shame I've read so many negative comments about veryvoga as I've found them to be excellent. From the hassle free ordering, to the excellent communication & efficient delivery service, I can't complain. The quality of the items is great too. I've had 4 different types of dresses for holidays and they've been lovely to wear. I will continue to order from them in the hope I'm not as disappointed as some on here.

Very bad service and company.They sent out the wrong item , I had to pay postage for it to be sent both ways and they only offered to refund the cost of item no exchange or apology.I would never order from them every again
